Abstract:
PURPOSE: A hybrid vehicle air conditioning device and a control method thereof are provided to improve the air conditioning function by securing a long valid cooling time in an ISG mode. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid vehicle air conditioning device comprises a valve way and a controller(7). The valve way controls a refrigerant, flowing in an evaporator(1), to isolates the evaporator from an expansion valve(3) and compressor(5). The valve way comprises a first solenoid valve(9) and a check valve(11). The first solenoid valve is controlled by the controller and blocks the refrigerant flowing between the evaporator and the expansion valve. The controller controls the valve member according to cooling conditions in idle stop and isolates the evaporator from the expansion valve and compressor.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A variable radiator grille is provided to adjust the opening area of the radiator grille according to driving conditions of an engine. CONSTITUTION: In a variable radiator grille(20), plural grille plates are formed in the longitudinal direction of a case(21) to guide the external air to an engine room. The variable radiator grille comprises grille plates(22), pinion gears(30), a rack gear(40), and a reversible motor(50). Pivots(23,24) projected to the ends of the grille plate are axially combined to the sides of the inside of the case. The pinion gear is axially combined in the middle of one side of the pivots of each grille plate. The pinion gears are arranged parallel in the horizontal direction. Both ends of the rack gear are combined to the upper and lower sides of the case. Each pinion gear is simultaneously engaged with the rack gear. The reversible motor operates the rack gear to rotate the grille plates according to the driving conditions of an engine.

본 발명은 라디에이터의 전방측으로 공기의 흐름을 유도하는 라디에이터 그릴의 개구면적이 엔진의 운전조건에 따라서 조절될 수 있도록 형성된 가변 라디에이터 그릴에 관한 것으로, 라디에이터의 전방측에 마련되어 외부의 공기가 엔진 룸으로 유도되도록 케이스의 길이방향으로 다수의 그릴 플레이트가 가로질러 형성되는 라디에이터 그릴에 있어서, 가로방향으로 길이가 길게 형성된 판의 양단으로 돌출형성된 피봇이 상기한 케이스의 내부 양측에 축결합되는 그릴 플레이트와; 상기 각각의 그릴 플레이트의 일측 피봇의 도중에 축결합되며, 상하방향으로 나란하게 배열되는 피니언 기어와; 상기한 케이스의 상하측에 양단이 결합되어, 상기한 각각의 피니언 기어가 동시에 치결합되는 래크 기어와; 엔진이 운전환경에 따라서 상기 그릴 플레이트들의 회동을 목적으로 상기 래크 기어를 가동시키기 위한 정역 모터; 를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A water-cooled structure for cooling engine oil is provided to improve cooling performance of oil and coolant by changing flowing channel of coolant, and to allow advantage for layout of an engine room. CONSTITUTION: An oil cooler(50) is formed on an upper part of an oil filter(40), and has a coolant inlet and a coolant outlet for coolant to flow in and out. The coolant inlet is connected with a heater core(56) through an oil cooler coolant inflow line(53). The coolant outlet is connected with one side of a thermostat(60) through an oil cooler coolant outflow line. The oil cooler has a body cylindrically formed to be placed on the upper part of the oil filter. A circumference of the body is formed to allow coolant inputted through the coolant inlet to be circulated in an inside channel and output through the coolant outlet. The inside channel formed in the oil cooler is formed as a spiral tube for efficient heat exchange with oil. The oil cooler is placed on an upper part of a case of the oil filter formed to be coupled together with the oil cooler as an oil filter bracket is assembled. The oil filter bracket is formed integrally with an oil pump case.
