본 발명의 실시예에 따른 배기가스 후처리 방법은, 본 발명에 따른 배기가스 후처리 방법은, 환원제를 분사하는 동안, 촉매 전후단의 온도차(ΔT)가 기준온도차(X) 이하이면 상기 촉매의 온도를 설정된 수치로 높여 탈황 재생하는 단계, 탈황 재생 후의 주행거리, 연료소모량, 또는 주행시간이 설정된 제1기준치를 초과했는지 판단하는 단계, 연료의 보충된 양을 이용하여, 연료가 보충된 것을 판단하는 단계, 상기 제1기준치가 설정된 기준치를 초과하지 않고, 연료가 보충된 것으로 판단되며, 환원제를 분사하는 동안 상기 온도차(ΔT)가 상기 기준온도차(X) 이하이면, 상기 촉매를 비정상 탈황재생하는 단계, 상기 비정상 탈황재생의 횟수를 카운팅하는 단계, 및 상기 촉매를 비정상 탈황한 횟수가 설정된 값 이상이면, 고유황 연료가 주입되었다고 경고신호를 발생시키는 단계를 포함한다. 따라서, 질소산화물을 정화하기 위해서 질소정화모드를 수행하는 동안, 촉매의 전후단 온도차에 따라서, 탈황제어를 실시하고, 비정상적이 탈황제어가 반복적으로 수행되는 경우, 고유황연료가 주입된 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 따라서, 차량 운전자는 고유황연료의 주입을 용이하게 판단하여, 추후 고유황 연료를 주입하지 못하도록 차량 운전자를 가이드 할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for estimating quantity of NOx(Nitrogen Oxide) and an exhaust device using the same are provided to exactly estimate amount of the NOx included in exhaust gases by correcting the quantity of the NOx according to environmental factors and amount of intake air. CONSTITUTION: A method for estimating quantity of NOx(Nitrogen Oxide) is as follows. Amount of O2 in suction air is detected (S300). The reference amount of the O2 in the suction air is calculated according to an operation condition of an engine(S310). The reference amount of NOx in exhaust gases is calculated according to the operation condition of the engine(S320). The reference amount of NOx is corrected firstly according to the reference amount of O2 in the suction air based on the operation condition of the engine(S330).

PURPOSE: A nitrogen oxide absorbing-reducing catalyst, a method for manufacturing the same, and a system for purifying nitrogen oxide including the same are provided to improve the activity of the catalyst at low temperatures. CONSTITUTION: A nitrogen oxide absorbing-reducing catalyst includes a support, a nitrogen oxide absorbing element, and one or more noble metals. The support includes alkali metal and aluminum or alkali earth metal and aluminum. The nitrogen oxide absorbing element is alkali metal, alkali earth metal, or rear earth elements. The noble metals are selected from a group including Pt, Pd, Ru, Ag, Au, and Rh. A method for manufacturing a nitrogen oxide absorbing-reducing catalyst includes the following: the hydroxide of the alkali metal or the hydroxide of the alkali earth metal are dissolved with aluminum nitrate in an aqueous solution; the solution is stirred, dried, and fired to obtain the support; the support is impregnated with the alkali metal, the alkali earth metal, or rear earth element and one or more noble metals; and the impregnated product is dried and fired.

PURPOSE: A purifying method of a nitric oxide inside exhaust gas, and an air exhausting apparatus thereof are provided to improve the purification efficiency of the nitric oxide by accurately controlling the additionally sprayed amount of fuel. CONSTITUTION: A purifying method of a nitric oxide inside exhaust gas uses an air exhausting apparatus installed on an exhaust pipe. The air exhausting apparatus comprises the following: injectors(14,90) installed on the exhaust pipe(20) or an engine(10) to spray fuel; a diesel fuel decomposing catalyst(32) thermally decomposing the sprayed fuel into a highly reactive reducing agent; a nitrogen oxide reducing catalyst(40); and a controller(50) controlling the additional supply of the fuel.

PURPOSE: An exhaust system is provided to make nitric oxide purified and detachably attached by reducing agent. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust system comprises an exhaust line(112), a nitric oxide purification catalyst(130), injectors(102,116), a fuel decomposition catalyst(118) and a controller(104). The burnt exhaust gas is exhausted through the exhaust line to outside. An injector emits fuel to the exhaust line. Fuel decomposition catalyst is installed between an injector and nitric oxide purification catalyst.

A device and a method of the variable injection for NOx(Nitrogen Oxides) adsorber are provided to prevent fuel efficiency from being deteriorated and to improve exhaust gas purification efficiency by installing developed fuel injection patterns to an injector controller and varying fuel injection patterns based on the condition of engine operation. A device and a method of the variable injection having a CPF(Catalyst Particle Filter,200) and a NOx adsorber catalyst system containing NOx adsorber catalyst(500) have an injector controller(120) which controls the fuel injection timing based on the calculated amount of NOx generation under a specific operational condition of an engine and the NOx concentration of the exhaust gas and changes fuel injection pattern based on the operational condition and engine status such as increment of NOx emission and hydrocarbon slip amount, an oxygen sensor(410) which measures oxygen concentration of the exhaust gas, an injector(300) injecting fuel for post-injection, a NOx sensor(400) located at least a place before or after the NOx adsorber catalyst system to measure NOx concentration or discharged amount, a hydrocarbon slip prevention catalyst(560) at rear end of the NOx adsorber catalyst, and a HC(Hydro-Carbon) sensor(420) at downstream of the NOx adsorber catalyst to measure the amount of slipped hydrocarbon after passing through the hydrocarbon slip prevention catalyst.

본 발명은 질소산화물 흡장-환원 촉매에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 상기 촉매는 알칼리금속과 Al, 또는 알칼리토금속과 Al을 포함하는 담체; 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속 또는 희토류 원소의 질소산화물 흡장 원소; 및 Pt, Pd, Ru, Au, Ag, 및 Rh로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 귀금속을 포함한다. 이와 같은 질소산화물 흡장-환원 촉매는 질소산화물 흡장 및 환원 능력이 우수하게 나타나고, 특히 열화 전후 및 황산화 전후에도 흡장 및 환원능력이 우수하게 유지되며, 저온 환경에서도 촉매 활성이 우수하게 나타난다.

본 발명은 실리카에 담지된 백금(Pt)-네오디뮴(Nd) 합금을 포함하는 디젤 분진 필터용 촉매, 이의 제조 방법 및 이를 포함하는 디젤 차량용 매연 저감 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 디젤 분진 필터용 촉매는 고온 또는 가황 조건에서 장시간 사용되어도 높은 촉매 활성을 유지할 수 있으며 높은 일산화질소(NO) 전환 효율을 구현할 수 있다.
