    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a wrinkle improver having excellent action capable of suppressing occurrence of wrinkle and removing wrinkle. CONSTITUTION:The wrinkle improver contains a sphingosine analogue of the formula [R is 1-40C straight-chain, branched chain or cyclic hydrocarbon group which may have OH; X is CH2OH, CO2H, CH2OP(=0) (OH)2; Y is NH2, NHCH3, N(CH3)2 or N (CH3)3, e.g. D-erythrosphingosine as an active ingredient. Although the wrinkle improver can be administered by oral, external or other any method, the improver is preferably applied as a skin external preparation, e.g. ointment and the blend amount of the compound of the formula is preferably 0.0001-5wt.%, especially preferably 0.0001-1wt.% in an emulsion type skin external preparation and preferably 0.001-10wt.%, especially preferably 0.005-2wt.% in an oily skin external preparation.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin cosmetic capable of exhibiting excellent crease improving effect and good feeling to users by combining a guanidine derivative having a specific structure or its acid addition salt with a synthetic sphingosine. SOLUTION: This skin cosmetic is obtained by combinedly using (A) a guanidine derivative of formula I [A and B are each a 2-8C alkylene; D is a direct bond, CO or a 1-6C alkylene; E is H, an alkyl, an aralkyl or an aryl; (m) is 1-6; (n) is 0-6; R is H, an alkyl, (AO)m -(BO)n -D-E] of formula II [(k) is 1-10; G is H, OH, COOH, sulfonic acid or phoshoric acid] or its acid addition salt and (B) a synthetic sphingosine derivative of formula III (R is a 4-40C hydrocarbon; R to R are each H or a 1-10C hydrocarbon; X and Y are each H or an alkyl). The skin cosmetic is preferably obtained by blending 0.001-50wt.% component A with 0.0001-10wt.% component B. An organic acid or its ester in an amount of 0.001-30wt.% may further be added to the system. The component of formula I is e.g. obtained from a compound of formula IV.
