    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce starting torque, by always opening a suction valve during the starting of a compressor and stopping the suction valve from being always opened at a set time. SOLUTION: When a top 20a of a cam 20, which is connected with a motor through a shaft 21, is positioned on a suction lead 14 side, presses the suction lead 14 onto a piston 3 side to open the suction lead 14, and a suction valve is always opened. When its bottom point 20b is positioned on the suction lead 14 side, the bottom point 20b separates from the suction lead 14 to close the suction lead 14, and the suction valve is returned to the normal condition. A timer carries a current to a motor by the instruction from a compressor starting/detecting means, the motor rotates a cam 22, and the top 20a rotates to the suction lead 14 side the motor stops. After set time reaches that close to time when the compressor arrives at steady rotational frequency after its starting, the timer carries the current to the motor again, and the motor stops by rotating a cam 22 to position the bottom point 20b to the suction lead 14 side.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiency of heat exchange of a condenser by providing the condenser in which one straight pipe comprising a metallic pipe and heat radiating plates brought into thermal contact with the metallic pipe is bent plural times on the same plane and which is arranged on a mounting plate forming a machine chamber in such a manner that the heat radiating plates are made substantially horizontal with respect to the mounting plate. CONSTITUTION: A condenser 1 is formed of one straight pipe comprising a pipe and heat radiating plates, which are brought into thermal contact with the pipe, and the heat radiating plate are mounted perpendicularly relative to the metallic pipe. This straight pipe is bent plural times on the same plane to form one condenser 1. The condenser 1 is arranged so that the heat radiating plates at the linear portions are made substantially horizontal with respect to a mounting plate 7. In this case, cold air blown from a fan 13 is put into a condition of a violently turbulent flow, and a heat radiating effect due to the turbulent flow is promoted on the surface of the condenser 1, while the condenser 1 is prevented from being covered with dust with the aid of the turbulent flow. Cold air thus introduced cools a compressor 6 after exchanging heat with the condenser 1 and is discharged through an air outlet port.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation of an air flow from a guide and suppress deterioration of noise performance when an air passage between the slope of a guide mounted downstream from an impeller and the discharge surface of a fan casing is operated as a diffuser. SOLUTION: A guide 10 situated in the vicinity of an impeller 4 and vertically to the rotary shaft of an impeller 4 and gradually increased in diameter from approximately the same diameter as diameter of the end face, situated downstream, of the hub part 3 of the impeller 4 is mounted in a position situated downstream from the impeller 4. An annular groove 13 having a central axis being the rotary shaft of the impeller 4 is formed in the slope of the guide 10. The groove of the slope of the guide 10 is brought into a negative pressure, an air flow is attracted to the slope of the guide 10, separation of an air flow is suppressed, and deterioration of noise performance is prevented from occurring.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To high-efficiently recover various vortexes generated due to drift of a flow of air passing through an impeller and generated at a vane end and to suppress deterioration of aerodynamic performance and the increase of the generation of disturbance noise. SOLUTION: An outer wall 11 to surround the outer peripheries of two plate- form mouth rings 9 and 10 to partition the suction side and the discharge side from each other is situated on the outer peripheral side of an impeller 8. A recessed space part 13 having an opening part 12 positioned opposite to the vane of the impeller 8 is formed between the two plate-form mouth rings 9 and 10. When a flow of air passing through the impeller 8 effects drift as a result of the sectional area of a recess space part 13 being different at a whole periphery, various vortexes generated at a vane end is high-efficiently recovered by various recess space parts 13 to perform a role of an air circulation flow passage, and deterioration of aerodynamic performance and the increase of the generation of disturbance noise are suppressed.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat carrying circuit for carrying a fluid, e.g. air, into a forced air circulation cooling apparatus, e.g. a refrigerator or a freezer, while exchanging heat with refrigerant in which cooling capacity is enhanced by making uniform the air volume in the arranging direction of fins of a finned heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A bypass air duct 8 is provided between a finned heat exchanger 2 and a wall 7a while increasing the cross-sectional area gradually from the upstream side projecting part of a fan unit toward a direction parallel with a heating tube 4. Consequently, air volume distribution is made uniform in the arranging direction of fins 3 and cooling capacity can be enhanced. Furthermore, frost is formed uniformly in the arranging direction of fins 3 and the defrost operation time can be shortened.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manifold incorporating a thermoelectric module having Peltier effect and excellent in heat exchanging effect by limiting the movement of a stirring member in the cavity thereby ensuring an air gap where a heat carrier exists between the blade part of the stirring member and the heat transfer surface of the thermoelectric module. SOLUTION: A thermoelectric module 7 is built in a manifold body 17 fitted with a stator 17. The manifold body 17 comprises a heating side manifold 2 and a cooling side manifold 3 arranged, respectively, with a heating side stirring member 5 and a cooling side stirring member 6. Shafts 12, 23 are inserted into bearing members 15f, 25f of the stirring members 5, 6. Stop parts 28, 32 are caulked to the forward end of the shaft 12. The stirring members 5, 6 are held between shaft supporting parts 11a, 22a and the stop parts 28, 32 and they are rotatable but locked integrally in the axial direction.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict noise and vibration low when a compressor is stopped in operation, eliminate a bad feeling against it and further prevent a pipe from being broken owing to an occurrence of uncomfortable feeling given by noisy sound at a piping for the compressor and a refrigerator when the compressor is stopped in operation or a problem of breaking the pipe caused by a high stress at the pipe when the operation of the compressor is stopped. SOLUTION: An operation control device is comprised of a zone determination circuit 12 for determining a turned-ON state or a turned-OFF state in reference to inputs of a refrigerator temperature sensing means 1 and a refrigerator set temperature sensing means 2; a compressor stopping delay circuit 13 for delaying a stopping of the compressor in its operation when the output of the zone determining circuit is in its OFF state; a circuit 14 for converting the number of rotation of the compressor in which the number of rotation is decreased by a plurality of steps from the number of rotation of the compressor before the stopping delay is carried out when the stopping delay is performed; and a circuit 5 for determining an output frequency of an inverter circuit. With such an arrangement as above, the output frequency is decreased in a stepwise manner and the operation is stopped, thereafter noise and vibration generated when the operation of the compressor is stopped are restricted and uncomfortable feeling is not given to the operator and then a breaking of the pipe is prevented from being generated.
