Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the dimensional accuracy of a guide rail as well as the opening and/or closing convenience of a lid body by a method wherein the lid body, blockading and/or opening the operating section of temperature control and the like, and the guide rail, sliding the lid body freely up-and-down, are provided integrally with a board mounting member. CONSTITUTION:Guide pins 13a, 13b, formed on both end faces of a lid body 11, are fitted into the U-shape sections 12a, 12b of guide rails 10 formed at both ends of a board mounting member 7 and, thereafter, the board mounting member is attached to the receiving sections 14 of the same member 7 on a lower side door cover 6. The lid body slides up-and-down freely by sliding the guide pins lea, 13b through the inside of the U-shape sections 12a, 12b of the guide rails 10 whereby the operating section of temperature control and the like are blockaded and/or opened. In such a constitution, the guide rails 10 are formed integrally with the board mounting member 7 whereby the dimensional accuracy of the guide rails 10 is improved and the play of the lid body 11 as well as the inclination in left-and-right direction and the like of the same can be mitigated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve facility by increasing the opening sizes of a door and a container, by a method wherein the deep part of the upper side of stationary rails mounted on both sides of an inner box forms a plane, the front part of the rail forms a slope inclined upward, and a protrusion for check making contact with a rolling roller is formed on a part of the slope. CONSTITUTION:Rolling rollers 6 mounted to the tip of a pair of moving rails 6 mounted on an inner wall surface 7 of a drawer type door 5 are rolled in stationary rails 15. With the drawer type door 5 drawn, the rolling roller 8 is rolled over a horizontal plane 17 and a slope 18 of the stationary rail 15, and forced into contact with a protrusion 19 for check and rolling of the roller is checked. Since the rolling roller 8 is moved in a manner described above, the drawer type door 5 is inclined forward as it is drawn out, and is checked in an inclined-forward state in a manner that it is supported by means of the rolling roller 8 making contact with a slope 20 of the protrusion 19 for check and a stationary roller 10 making contact with a part of a lower end surface 12 of a moving rail 6. This constitution enables increase of an opening size (n), and facilitates taking in and out of foods, resulting in improvement of facility.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of an inner box and to improve the sealing performance of a duct cover by integrating a partition board from the front surface to the inner surface inside the chamber, holding the inner part flange with a jig forming the width of the inner part flange wider than the width of a front surface partition and arranging the dust cover on both sides of the partition board. SOLUTION: A partition board A5 is formed integrating the front surface partition 6 at front part and the inner part flange 7 on inner surface. A partition board B9 is latched with the partition board A5. Air paths 12 and 14 are formed inside the duct covers A11 and B13. As the width of the inner part flange L is wider than the width of the front surface part partition 1, the jig protecting deformation by the pressure of filling holds the inner part flange 7 securely at the filling of thermal insulator 4, the flatness of the inner flange 7 is secured and the generation of gap between the inner part flange 7 and the dust covers A11 and B13 is prevented. Therefore, both the prevention of the deformation of the air path parts 12 and 14 of a connecting duct and the fixing of the partition board A5 can be performed simultaneously and the sealing effect of the duct cover A11 and B13 can be improved.

When the cover 11 is drifted from the preset position where the lamp 7 is covered, the projection of the cover 11 does not press the switches 14a, 14b, the feed of electricity to the sockets 13a, 13b is stopped, and the lamp 7 is turned off. When the lamp 7 such as a straight tube lamp is used, the inside of a refrigerator can be brightly illuminated. When the switches 14a, 14b are arranged to stop the feed of electricity to the sockets 13a, 13b when the cover 11 is drifted from the preset position, such problem as an electric shock when the lamp 7 is used can be prevented.

CONSTITUTION:An in-box light 2 is installed at the corner section 9 of the internal surface of a refrigerator body 1, and the front of the in-box light 2 is covered with a cover 7 composed of an opaque material. Slits 13 are formed to the cover 7 so that the light of the in-box light 2 lights up the innermost surface of the main body 1. Consequently, since the light of the in-box light 2 lights up the inside of a refrigerator through the slits 13 and indirect illumination is obtained, gentle illumination is acquired. A semitransparent material is used as the cover 7, and a reflecting plate directing the light of the slits 13 may be mounted around the in-box light 2.
