    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rid a sash of the influence on environment caused by the occurrence of hydrogen chloride gas or the influence on human body caused by dioxin by mixing complex salt between magnesium oxides and silicic acid by a specified range of weight percentage. SOLUTION: A hard sash is made by extrusion-molding a resin composition where complex salt between magnesium oxides and silicic acid is mixed by 5-50 wt. percentage into homopolymer polypropylene resin and the melt float rate is 1.3 g/10 minutes. The section of the extrusion molding is made gradually into the final sectional dimensions, arranging sizing molds in three stages such that 1.3 times, 1.2 times, and 1.0 time the final sectional dimension, using a base of dimensions 1.5 times a base of vinyl chloride resin, thus the transformation by extreme shrinkage in molding is suppressed, and also the cooling by water is performed at 20 deg.C or under. Hereby, there is no influence on a human body, and the dimensional accuracy of sash can be secured.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the sealing of a gap between a heat insulated door and a heat insulated box completely by arranging a heat insulated box to be provided with a recess which abuts a soft packing on the outer circumference of a heat insulated door equipped with a switch section for turning ON or OFF an electromagnet and with a flange having an attraction section which the electromagnet abuts. CONSTITUTION:A soft packing 13 as elastic body comprising a thermoplastic resin foam or the like is provided on the outer circumference of a heat insulated door 3 while an electromagnet 14 which is magnetized or demagnetized by turning ON or OFF a switch section 15 is provided circumferentially. On the other hand, a flange 17 having a recess 18 abutting the soft packing 13 and an attraction part 19 abutting the electromagnet 14 are formed on a heat insulated box 2 having a front opening being opened or closed with the heat insulated door 3. Then, a user of a refrigerator closes the heat insulated door 3 and when the switch section 15 is turned 'ON', the electromagnet 14 has a magnetic force and gets closely on the attraction part 19 of the flange 17 while the soft packing part 13 gets closely on the recess 18. Thus, the heat insulated door 3 is closed tight on the heat insulated box 2.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a strong odor of mercaptan from remaining in a chamber by adopting an inner box made of high nitrile ABS resin, forming a clear film inside the inner box and filling an insulation material, which uses a specific Freon as a foaming agent, into a spot between the inner box and the outer box. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface of an inner box is coated with an about 200 to 300mu thick constantly dried-state acrylic or urethane clear film, thereby forming a high nitrile ABS resin-made inner box 5. An insulation material 4 is filled into a box-shaped space between the inner box 5 and an outer box 3 where HCFC 123 or HCFC 141b is used as a foaming agent, thereby completing an insulation box member of a refrigerator 1. Since the clear coating 6 is applied to the inner surface of the inner box 5 in this manner, it is difficult for a polymerization and composition agent C12 mercaptan to penetrate. Its action as a barrier prevents a strong odor of mercaptan from remaining in the chamber. It is also arranged to eliminate a strong mercaptan odor by mixing zeolite particles or aromatic agent as an odor adsorbing material with the ABS resin.

A reinforcing rib 12 is formed on the cap door 11. Thereupon, the cap door 11 is formed with ABS allay resin including 40-50 pts.wt of crystalline resin of nylon and polypropylene. The urethane heat insulating material 5 is formed by integrally foaming Freon 123 as a foaming agent. Hereby, excellent design properties of a round form is kept while the cap door 11 is prevented from being cracked against the chemical attack property of the Freon 123.

Thus, the insulator 26 is integrally molded to eliminate gaps to prevent dropping of water droplets from the gaps of the material 3 and the plate 4 upon generation of the droplets due to cooling of humidity in the atmosphere to be invaded from the gap between the plate 2 and the material 3 to arrive at the plate 4 and condensed. That is, gaps of the insulators 26 to be formed upon aligning of the insulators 26 in the space are eliminated.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sash using no rigid PVC resin by forming the sash by extrusion molding a resin composition obtained by mixing talc with an acrylonitrile-butadien-styrene resin. SOLUTION: A sash 3 is formed by extrusion molding a resin composition obtained by mixing talc with an acrylonitrile-butadien-styrene resin(ABS resin). Since no rigid PVC is used in the sash 3, the adverse influence of the hydrogen chloride gas produced when the sash is burned or disposed on the environment and that of the dioxin produced when the sash is burned on human bodies can be eliminated. Since such inexpensive materials as the ABS resin and talc are used, in addition, the economic efficiency of the sash is improved. Moreover, since the mold shrinkage of the resin composition, when the composition is extrusion-molded, is reduced by the effect of the mixed talc, the sash 3 can be molded easily, is hardly deformed with time, and exhibits a superior performance.
