    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fixedly mount an insert clamping component in a narrow space with a sufficiently fixing strength by in-mold inserting an upper end of a mountain-like rib into a top part of the rib of an outer surface at a plate-like leg extended from the clamping component. SOLUTION: The insert blow molding 1 comprises a front side outer surface 2, a rear side outer surface 3, and a continued mountain-like rib 4 made of a sectional truncated shape of a stud shape as a whole on the surface 3. An insert clamping component 5 is sandwiched at an upper end of the rib 4 between two plate-like legs 10 forked and extended from the component 5 at four positions necessary to assemble with the other member of the top at predetermined positions of the rib 4, and in-mold inserted to be rigidly fixedly mounted. Thus, the component can be rigidly fixedly mounted in the narrow space of the upper end top part of the rib 4.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an inexpensive heat insulating causing no discoloration with time by applying an antimicrobial mildewproofing paint causing no discoloration with time to the inner surface of an inner box or adding an antimicrobial mildewproofing agent causing no discoloration with time to the inner box. SOLUTION: This heat insulating case comprises an inner box, an outer box and a foamed heat insulating material. An antimicrobial mildewproofing paint causing no discoloration with time is applied to the inner surface of the inner box or an antimicrobial mildewproofing agent causing no discoloration with time is added to the inner box. A zinc based or copper based inorganic antimicrobial mildewproofing paint is preferably employed. Since no silver based antimicrobial mildewproofing agent is employed, an inexpensive heat insulating case causing no discoloration with time is obtained. An organic antimicrobial mildewproofing paint or a composite paint thereof with a zinc based or copper based inorganic antimicrobial mildewproofing paint may also be employed.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the penetration of a foaming agent into a resin so that crazes or cracks do not occur by making a polyurethane heat insulating material, which has foamed integrally between both boxes of a resinous inner box and a metallic outer box, of a specified organic polyisocyanate and making the resinous inner box of a specified resin composition. SOLUTION: This box comprises a polyurethane heat insulating material which has foamed integrally between both boxes of a resinous inner box and a metallic outer box. The polyurethane heat insulating material comprises an organic polyisocyanate where HCF 141b or cyclopentane, as a foaming agent, and polymeric MDI or its prepolymerized substance, as an isocyanate component, are 40-100wt.%, and the rest is TDI-80, crude TDI, and its prepolymerized substance. Moreover, the resinous inner box is a resin composition where a graft copolymer, an aromatic vinyl copolymer, and a copolymer of ethylene and propylene are mixed. Hereby, the constituent substance of the inner box prevents the penetration of a foaming agent into the resin, so crazes and cracks can be prevented.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a resin-made cap door from creasing and cracking without spoiling the commodity value by a method wherein the resin-made cap door is formed of a mixture of graft copolymer, aromatic vinyl polymer and ethylene- propylene copolymer. SOLUTION: A heat-insulating door includes a box-shaped space formed by a resin-made cap door and a metallic door and an urethane heat-insulating material that is integrally foamed into one piece with the space. The urethane heat-insulating material comprises polyol, foam stabilizer, catalyst, HCFC 141b or cyclopentane as foaming agent, and organic polyisocyanate comprising 40-90wt.% of polymeric MDI or its prepolymer compound as isocyanate compound and the rest of TD1-80, crude TDI and its pre-polymerized compound. The resin-made cap door serves as a heat-insulating door for a refrigerator, etc., and is formed of a resin composition that is a mixture of graft copolymer and ethylene-propylene copolymer, and the graft copolymer is obtained by polymerizing aromatic vinyl compound monomer in the presence of conjugated diene synthetic rubber.

CONSTITUTION:This box is one composed of an inner resin box, an outer metallic box and an integrally expanded urethane placed between the boxes, wherein the inner resin box is made from a composition obtained by mixing a graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising 35-52wt.% vinyl cyanide compound and 48-65wt.% aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of a conjugated diene synthetic rubber with a copolymer comprising 35-52wt.% vinyl cyanide compound and 48-65wt.% aromatic vinyl compound, a poly-n-butyl acrylate coated with a copolymer comprising 35-52wt.% vinyl cyanide compound and 48-65wt.% aromatic vinyl compound and an aromatic vinyl oligomer.

CONSTITUTION:A urethane heat insulating material is formed by polyol, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, a foaming agent such as HCFC 132 and the like, and an isocyanate component such as an organic isocyanate of polymeric MDI. A door surface of a resin is formed by a graft copolymer which is obtained by polymerizing a mixture of a vinyl compound cyanide of 35-52 percent by weight and an aromatic vinyl compound of 48-65 percent by weight in the presence of conjugate diene based synthetic rubber, a copolymer of a vinyl compound cyanide of 35-52 percent by weight and an aromatic vinyl compound of 48-65 percent by weight, and a resin composite of 30-70 percent by weight coated with the copolymer and mixed with poly n-butylacrylate resin and polymethyl methacrylate of 70-30 percent by weight.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To acquire a strong chemical attaching property, and prevent cracks, etc., from happening by a method wherein a urethane insulating material for which a specified flon is used as a foaming agent is integrally expanded in a box-shaped space formed by a door front made of a resin, and a specified coating is applied on the surface of the door front with which the insulating material comes into contact. CONSTITUTION:The title heat insulating door 2 is constituted by integrally expanding a urethane insulating material 4 for which flon 123 or flon 141b is used as a foaming agent in a box-shaped space being formed by a door front 3 made of a resin. Also, an acryl or urethane coating 9 is applied on the surface of the door front 3, which comes into contact with the urethane insulating material 4. For the acryl or urethane coating 9, a double liquid reacting type is used, and this type is hard to swell by the flon 123 or flon 141b, which is a foaming agent, and is provided so as to work as a barrier. By this method, the door front 3 made of a resin does not receive a strong chemical attack, and the molecular chain of the resin is prevented from being broken, and cracks are prevented from being made.
