Abstract: Xerographic apparatus comprises a photoreceptor drum (10); a drum cleaning means (15); a waste toner container (32) for storing waste toner; and a waste toner conveying means (20,22,23) for conveying waste toner cleaned off said photoreceptor drum (10) by said cleaning means (15) into said waste toner container (32) characterized in that the waste toner container (30) is positioned in the interior (21) of the photoreceptor drum (10) and is reversably removable therefrom. The conveying means typically includes a flexible helical wire (20) which acts as an auger. Once filled with waste toner, the waste toner container (30) is removed from the drum (10) and is replaced by a fresh container.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate air flow in a direction opposite to direction of handling of an optical body between the optical body and a sleeve. SOLUTION: An electrostatic image printing device is provided with an electric charge receiving body that can fix an electric charge retaining surface and shift to the handling direction, a developing unit which includes the rotatable sleeve for shifting in a direction opposite to the direction of handling in the development zone and for conveying development agent in the development zone adjoining one of the electric charge retaining surface and a magnetic strip that does not shift and is placed in the downstream side of the development zone. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the print quality of a form sending-in guide in a transfer area from deteriorating. SOLUTION: A printer is equipped with an electric charge receptor such as a photoreceptor 10, a transfer corotron 14 which determines the transfer area associated with the electric charge receptor, and a peeling corotron 16 and further a guide member 18 which sends a sheet in the transfer area is provided in the transfer area. The guide member 18 has a plurality of ribs (30) supports the sheet in the transfer area so that it moves in a processing direction (in the moving path direction of the sheet).
