Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a biosensor or gas sensor using a liposome is provided to combining lipid monolayer containing a functional group for the fixation of receptor and have high fixation efficiency and reproductivity. A method for manufacturing a bio sensor in which a receptor is fixed comprises: a step of adding hydrocarbon compound containing thiol group on the surface of sensor chip and coating self-assembled monolayer; a step of preparing a liposome comprising a functional group for fixation of receptor and lipid; and a step of reacting the liposome on the coated sensor chip and re-coating on the self-assembled monolayer. A material for fixing the receptor comprises a lipid and hydrocarbon containing the functional group for fixation of receptor. The step of preparing the liposome is performed by mixing MBP-PE[1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-Glycero-Phosphoethanolamine-N-[4-(p-maleimidophenyl)butyramide] lipid and lipid.

본 발명에 따른 부식진단장치는 콘크리트 구조물 내부에 배치되는 감지구조물; 상기 감지구조물과 연결되어 콘크리트 구조물의 외부까지 형성되는 연결선; 상기 연결선의 단부에 형성되는 단자부를 포함한다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 구조물 부식진단방법은 콘크리트 구조물을 시공하면서 상기 콘크리트 구조물 내부에 감지구조물을 설치하는 단계; 상기 감지구조물에 연결되며, 상기 콘크리트 구조물 외부에 까지 형성되는 연결선을 인출하는 단계; 상기 연결선의 단부에 단자부를 마련하는 단계; 상기 단자부에 측정장치를 연결시켜 콘트리트 구조물의 내부부식을 측정하는 단계를 포함한다. 따라서 본 발명에 의해 제조된 부식진단장치는 전기저항 혹은 광신호 전달 저항이 부식에 의하여 변화하는 물질로 형성된 감지구조물(예로써 선, 루프, 망등)을 콘크리트 시공 시에 콘크리트 내부에 함께 설치하고 연결선을 통해 콘크리트 구조물 외부로 단자를 인출하여, 콘크리트 구조물의 내구성 평가가 필요한 임의 시점에 도달하였을 때, 감지구조가 나타내는 전기저항 혹은 광신호 전달저항을 측정하고 이전의 데이터와 비교를 함으로써 콘크리트구조물 내부의 손상이나 노후 정도를 손쉽게 진단할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

A calcium absorption enhancer is provided to enable a consumer to easily absorb calcium by adding a lactic acid solution to crushed gulfweed and mixing food additives to the gulfweed extracts. A method for preparing a calcium absorption enhancer comprises the following steps of: drying and crushing gulfweed and extracting the crushed gulfweed with purified water or lactic acid; and adding food additives to the gulfweed extracts and freeze-drying the gulfweed extracts. The gulfweed represents Sargassum horneri. The contents of lactic acid solution are 0.001-0.1wt% on a basis of 100 parts of dried gulfweed. The calcium absorption enhancer contains 0.1-3 parts of sodium metaphosphate, 0.2-5 parts of sorbitan palmitate, 1-30 parts of cyclodextrin and 10-200 parts of dextrin on a basis of 100 parts of gulfweed extracts.

A simulator for noise between pavement and tire is provided to make a friction between tire and pavement specimens as in the actual driving of vehicle by using plate type specimens. A simulator for noise between pavement and tire comprises a tire(2), a tire support unit(10) which supports the tire to be rotatable, a pavement specimen(4) contacting with the tire, a specimen support unit(20) which supports the pavement specimen so that the pavement specimen rotates about the axis perpendicular to the rotation axis of the tire, and a drive unit rotating one of the tire and pavement specimens.

The communication quality measurement method for wireless sensor network configuration includes: a portable communication quality measurement device transmitting a communication quality detection request message to one or more of communication nodes in a wireless sensor network system at a location prepared for new installation; the one or more of the communication nodes in the wireless sensor network system receiving the communication quality detection request message to detect transmission quality information on the communication quality detection request message and adding the detected transmission quality information to a respond message to transmit the respond message to a next communication node; and the portable communication quality measurement device receiving the respond message transceived between the communication nodes to detect reception quality information and displaying the detected reception quality information and transmission quality information included in the respond message.

A method for manufacturing a porosity cordierite/zirconia ceramic honeycomb is provided to contain zirconia in order to promote a mechanical property and to have an excellent porous characteristic and an excellent mechanical property by adding graphite as a pore-forming agent. A method for manufacturing a porosity cordierite/zirconia ceramic honeycomb comprises steps of: obtaining a mixture by mixing quantitively zirconia powder for promoting a mechanical property in the cordierite powder, graphite powder which is a pore-forming agent and an additive for molding aid(S100); kneading the mixture(S110); manufacturing the honeycomb form by extrusion-molding the mixture (S120); and completing the ceramic honeycomb by plasticizing and drying the honeycomb form(S130).

A method for preparing multi-functional hydrolyzate of Korean Gomphina veneriformis melanaegis is provided to obtain health-aid food having anti-oxidative, anti-hypertensive and anti-cancer effects by using an easily available starting material. A method for preparing multi-functional hydrolyzate of Korean Gomphina veneriformis melanaegis comprises the steps of: digesting Gomphina veneriformis melanaegis and collecting edible portions; adding the same amount of water as the edible portions and crushing the mixture; adding 1%(w/w) of protease thereto and adjusting the pH to 5.9 at 54.7 deg.C; and carrying out hydrolysis of Gomphina veneriformis melanaegis.

An underwater wireless communication apparatus and a method thereof are provided to convert signals, obtained by measuring the underwater state, and location information into ultrasonic waves, thereby transmitting/receiving the signal and information. An underwater wireless communication apparatus comprises the followings: a memory(240) in which location information is stored; a sensor unit(210) which includes one or more sensors and measures the underwater state through the sensors to generate/outputs the measured signals; a controller(250) which receives the measure signal and reads out the location information to output the measured signal and location information as data signals; and a data transmitting unit(233) which amplifies the data signals so as to have a predetermined voltage level, converts the signals into the form of an ultrasonic signal, and then radiating the converted signals to the underwater.

Cuttlebone powder or an extract thereof is provided to inhibit gastrointestinal ulcer, thereby being used as a pharmaceutical composition and a health functional food for preventing and treating gastrointestinal diseases. A method for preparing an extract of a cuttlebone comprises the steps of: (a) drying and crushing the cuttlebone to obtain cuttlebone powder; (b) after reacting the cuttlebone powder with about 1-30 times of water, an aqueous solution of NaOH or an aqueous solution of HCl at a temperature of 20-100 deg.C for about 1-24 hour(s), separating a reaction solution and remnants; and (c) after neutralizing and desalinating the reaction solution, concentrating and freeze-drying it. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating gastrointestinal diseases comprises 0.1-50 wt.% of the cuttlebone powder or the extract thereof as an effective ingredient. A health functional food for preventing and improving the gastrointestinal diseases comprises the powder of cuttlebone or the extract thereof as an effective ingredient. The health functional food is in a form of a granule, a tablet, a capsule, a syrup or a drink.
