Abstract: A two steps variable valve lift system is provided to reduce the number of components, to have a simple structure, to improved durability and to improve dynamic performance. A two steps variable valve lift system includes an outer body(23) having an outer arm, an inner body(27) installed in the outer body and having an inner arm, a motion spring(28) installed out of the inner body, and a pivot axle(24) to couple the outer body with the inner body. The inner body includes a supporting device to support the motion spring. The supporting device includes a spring central shaft(27a) installed at a side of the inner body to support the motion spring, and a spring support(27b) provided in the lower side of the inner body and in front of the spring central shaft. The motion spring has a U-shape and the closed portion thereof is supported by the spring support. The motion spring is the most important technical aspect.

전술한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은, 흡기 관로를 통해 유입되는 흡입 공기의 유동량을 가속 페달의 답입 정도에 따라 조절하는 스로틀 기구와, 이 스로틀 기구와 연결되어 이로부터 유입되는 흡입 공기의 유동을 안정화시켜 주는 서어지 탱크(14) 및, 이 서어지 탱크(14)에 일체로 연결됨과 더불어 엔진의 각 기통별 연소실과 개별적으로 연통되는 다수개의 유동 통로인 런너(16)를 포함하는 엔진의 흡기매니폴드 장치에 있어서, 상기 서어지 탱크(14)는 상기 흡기 관로와 각각 개별적으로 연통되는 두 개의 독립된 형태의 공간을 갖추고, 이 독립된 두 개의 공간은 각 기통별 연소실과 개별적으로 연통되는 2개의 흡기 포트를 형성하며, 상기 서어지 탱크(14)내 두 개의 공간 사이에는 1개의 흡기 포트로 유동되는 흡입 공기의 유동을 조절하는 매니폴드 스� ��틀 밸브(18)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A gasket with a dividing wall is provided to reduce cost for designing a die by placing the dividing wall on the gasket interposed between a cylinder head and an intake manifold. CONSTITUTION: A gasket(30) has a brass plate(31) pressed correspondingly with shape of a front part of an intake port of a cylinder head. The plate has coupling holes(33) formed thereon to allow an intake manifold to be coupled thereto by bolts. Both sides of the plate are coated with aramid, a reinforcing agent. Dividing walls(34) are formed on both sides of the penetrating holes(32) formed on the plate to divide introduced air flowing from the intake manifold to the intake port of the cylinder head to both sides. The dividing wall is protruded toward a rear side of the plate so as to be inserted to a front side of the intake port of the cylinder head as the gasket is mounted. The dividing wall is shaped to separate the front part of the intake port of the standard type cylinder head.
