    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately describe the texture of a video by describing the texture descriptor of the video through the use of a feature value extracted from the respective frequency domains of frequency domain division layouts in the form of a feature vector. SOLUTION: When an arbitrary video is inputted, the inputted video is Randon-transformed. The obtained set of primary Randon transform functions is Fourier-transformed.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the display of a virtual hologram on a realtime basis by compressing respective images which are taken from various angles by means of an automatic image warping method and interpolating the images. SOLUTION: A digital camera takes an object at a plurality of angles, and the photograph images 10 are arranged in the order of a change. They are received as image data and an image which connects key frames through automatic image warping is generated, and a difference between the key frame and the respective images is detected and stored as an error image. Then, it is compressed through JPEG. The entire data of the compressed image is recompressed by entropy coding and it is stored as a hologram file. The hologram file is restored and is displayed, while the angle of object is turned in a display 20. A program where the taken continuous photograph images are viewed, while they are turned on a realtime basis is generated and a virtual hologram is realized.

The power increase or reduction with respect to the forward traffic channel is decided by comparing the receiving bit energy/noise ratio with the power control critical value of the forward traffic channel. Thus, a traffic quality of a good quality can be acquired to a terminal station.
