Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition or health functional food comprising cathayanin B or kuwanol A, which are compounds isolated from morus bark, for preventing and treating diabetic complications. According to the present invention, the cathayanin B compound is isolated from the morus bark, and inhibits the creation of an advanced glycation end-product (AGE), which is a causative substance of diabetic complications, and aldose reductase activity. Thus, the pharmaceutical composition or health functional food, which comprises the cathayanin B or the kuwanol A, can be useful for inhibiting diabetic complications such as diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy and diabetic neuropathy. In particular, the kuwanol A can be used as the pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating various fibrosis and cancer metastasis as well as the diabetic complications and also used as the health functional food for alleviating the same.

CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing candesartan cilexetil of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of dissolving a compound of chemical formula 2 in a dichloromethane solution; a step of adding a mixture solution of alcohol and acetyl chloride to the dichloromethane solution; a step of deprotecting to remove triphenyl methane protection groups and obtain a compound of chemical formula 1; a step of adding ethyl acetate and n-hexane and precipitating the compound of chemical formula 1.

PURPOSE: A 2,6-site-substituted 3-nitropyridine derivative compound is provided to suppress formation of osteroclast and to use in preventing and treating osteroporosis. CONSTITUTION: A novel 2,6-substituted 3-nitro derivative compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for manufacturing the 2,6-substituted 3-nitro derivative compound comprises: a step of reating 2,6-dichloro-3-nitropyridine and 5-aminoindazole under the presence of base to prepare 2(1H-indazole-5-yl)amino-6-chloro-3-nitropyridine; and a step of reacting an amine compound of 2-methyl-2-imidazoline, 2-methyl imidazole, 2-isopropylimidazol, or 5-methyl imidazole with 2(1H-indazole-5-yl)amion-6-chloro-3-nitropyridine. A composition for preventing or treating osteoporosis contains the 3-nitropyridine derivative compound or salt thereof.
