Abstract:
본 발명은 미생물을 이용하여 청록색계 색소를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 청녹색계색소 변환능이 빠른 스타필로코커스 에피더미디스 (Staphlococcus epidermidis ) 를 선발하고 치자열매로 부터 조제된 치자황색소를 미생물의 배지에 첨가 배양하여 빛과 온도에 안정적인 청록계 색소를 제조하는 방법이다. 청녹색계색소 변환능이 빠른 미생물을 배양시간에 따른 변환양상을 분광광도계로 분석하여 선발하며, 본 발명의 미생물을 이용하여 제조된 청녹색계색소는 빛과 온도에 대하여 저장안정성이 뛰어나다. 또한 치자황색소와 변환된 청녹색계색소를 앰버라이트엑스에이디 칼럼으로 분리할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dental metal coping using a Ni-Cr-Ti alloy sintered body, wherein the dental metal coping is cheap, retains affinity with gums, facilitates the recovery of ceramic, and has excellent binding property with ceramic and adhering property to gums. The method comprises the steps of preparing Ni, Cr, and Ti powders; mixing 13 wt% of the Cr powder, 10 wt% or less of the Ti powder, and the remainder Ni powder into an alloy powder using a powder mixer; molding the alloy powder into a powder compact type disc having a diameter of 10 mm and a height of 5 mm under a predetermined pressure; sintering the molded disk in argon (Ar) atmosphere; cooling the sintered disc; and processing the cooled disc into a coping for porcelain build-up using CAD/CAM.

본 발명은 지초( Lithospermum erythrorhizon ) 뿌리의 에탄올추출물에 1-메틸-미오-이노시톨, 수크로오스, 1-케스토스, 니스토스등의 기능성 당화합물 존재확인 및 이들 물질의 분리방법에 관한 것이다. 지초뿌리를 에탄올 용매로 추출하여 얻어진 에탄올추출물을 농축하여 에탄올을 제거하고, 이어서 헥산과 에틸아세테이트로 세척한 다음, 메탄올로 용해하여 메탄올가용물을 얻은 후, 이 메탄올가용물을 실리카켈 흡착 컬럼 크로마토그라피, 옥타데실실란 컬럼 크로마토그라피, 세파덱스 LH-20 컬럼 크로마토그라피, GPC-HPLC등의 단계를 거쳐 최종적으로 4종의 화합물을 단리하였으며, FAB-MS, NMR 분석에 의해 상기 네가지 물질로 구조 결정하여, 이들 당화합물이 지초뿌리에 함유되어있음을 밝히고, 이들 당화합물의 분리방법을 제공한다.

PURPOSE: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CHO104 with antagonistic property and an antimicrobial compound produced thereby are provided. The novel antimicrobial compound can be useful in medicines, agricultural chemicals, foods, etc. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CHO104(KCTC 18060P) isolated from the soil produces an antimicrobial compound. A microbial preparation containing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CHO104 is prepared by culturing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CHO104 in SDBP(soy dextrose beef ex. proteose peptone) medium at 30 to 35 deg. C. The novel antimicrobial compound, Amyloliquetone, is produced by the steps of: separating the supernatant of the cultured medium of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CHO104; collecting an ethylacetate-soluble acidic·neutral fraction from the supernatant by adding 1N HCl; collecting an ethylacetate-soluble neutral fraction by adding 2 to 5% NaHCO3; subjecting the ethylacetate-soluble neutral fraction to an adsorption chromatography on silica gel to obtain an active fraction; and subjecting the active fraction to octadecylsilane column chromatography and HPLC, sequentially.

PURPOSE: An integrator is provided to calculate the number of rotations by using the change of electrostatic capacitance generated between the rotator and the stator without amending the structure of a conventional integrator. CONSTITUTION: An integrator(100) includes a rotational axis, a gear box(11) and a display unit(20). The rotational axis is rotated in response to the use of the supplying material. The gear box(11) transmits the output of the rotational axis and the display unit(20) is provided with a number wheel(21) coupled to the gear box(11). The gear box(11) is provided with a measuring gear by forming a metal thin film on a portion of one side of the gear box(11) and an opposite electrode having a corresponding metal thin film, wherein the metal thin film and the opposite electrode form a pair. The integrator(100) further includes a rotation number detection module. If the measuring gear rotates, the rotation number detection module outputs the pulse in response to the change of the electrostatic capacitance between the metal thin film and the opposite electrode. The rotation number detection module calculates the rotation number of the number wheel(21) from the pulse, integrates the calculated number and stores the integrated number. And, the rotation number detection module outputs the stored rotation number integrated data to outside when the output request signal of the supply material usage amount is inputted from outside.

PURPOSE: A stamp cleaner is provided to conveniently and cleanly remove polluted materials in a stamp. CONSTITUTION: A stamp cleaner(10) comprises a washing tub(42) and a stamp support(79). The washing tub contains cleaning liquid and has a supersonic generator to give supersonic waves to the cleaning liquid. The stamp support is installed to be partially located inside the washing tub and keeps a stamp. The stamp cleaner has a cover(60) to cover the washing tub. A hole is formed in the cover and the stamp support is inserted in the hole. A lifting device(76) of the stamp support is formed in the stamp cleaner. The stamp support contains a ring shaped girth(791) and a pad(792) under the girth. The pad contains many legs to be extended downward from the girth and the ends of the legs are extended toward the center. A cleaning portion contains an auxiliary cover(80) to cover the stamp to be inserted inside the washing tub. The stamp support is fixed by combining with the cover. Thereby, the stamp is cleaned by automatically inserting into the washing tub.
