Provided are a thermal stabilizer composition that does not generate an odor of a phosphorus-based antioxidant, and a synthetic resin composition comprising the same. The stabilizer composition comprises 100 parts by mass of a phosphorus-based antioxidant having a phosphite structure and 0.001-10 parts by mass of a phenolic antioxidant having a substructure represented by general formula (1), (1) (In the general formula (1), R1, R2, R3, and R4 are each independently a hydrogen atom, or a hydrocarbon group having 1-10 carbon atoms, a is an integer of 0-2, and when a is 2, the plurality of R3s may be the same or different.).

Provided are: a clarifying agent composition which has the form of a powder having excellent fluidability; and a polyolefin resin composition which enables the production of a molded article having excellent transparency. A clarifying agent composition characterized by being produced by heating a mixture at a temperature of 80 to 180ºC, wherein the mixture comprises 85 mass% or more of a benzylidene sorbitol compound represented by general formula (1), 5 to 10 mass% of tetrakis[3(3,5-di-(tertiary butyl)-4- hydroxyphenyl)propionyloxymethyl]methane, and 6 to 9 mass% of a lubricant. Un objeto de la presente invención es proporcionar un método para la preparación de ambreína, por medio del cual se puede obtener fácilmente la ambreína. El objeto se pueden resolver a través de una ciclasa de tetraprenil-ß-curcumeno mutada en donde un cuarto residuo de aminoácido de un motivo DXDD, el ácido aspártico, es sustituido con un aminoácido diferente del ácido aspártico, (a) la cual tiene un motivo QXXXGX (W/F) y un motivo QXXXX (G/A) X (F/W/Y) en el lado del término N, y un motivo QXXXGX (F/W/Y) y un motivo QXXXGXW y un motivo QXXXGX (F/W) en el lado del término C, y que no tiene un motivo QXXXGXW en una posición separada por 170 residuos de aminoácidos o más en el lado del término C, con respecto al motivo DXDD; (b) la cual tiene el 40 por ciento o más de identidad con la secuencia de aminoácidos de la SEQ ID NO: 1 o de la SEQ ID NO : 13; (c) la cual exhibe una actividad de producción de la ambreína a través del uso de escualeno como un sustrato.
