The present invention relates to a method for discriminating pigs infected with wild type classical swine fever virus from pigs vaccinated with recombinant classical swine fever virus and primer sets for the same and, more specifically, to a method for discriminating pigs infected with wild type classical swine fever virus from pigs vaccinated with recombinant classical swine fever virus using a primer set having a specific binding affinity to the classical swine fever virus, not to other pestivirus (BVDV or BDV) and a primer set having a specific binding affinity to the recombinant swine fever virus.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a recombinant cell expressing a capsid protein of a swine hepatitis E virus, which can be practically used as a vaccine for the swine hepatitis E virus by producing the capsid protein extremely similar to an infection condition of the swine hepatitis E virus that is hard to artificially culture in a laboratory; and considering such difficulty in the artificial culturing of the virus, the present invention is particularly useful for obtaining an accurate diagnosis of a disease by using the capsid protein in a method to give final confirmation of an antibody test.

돼지인플루엔자 바이러스 헤마글루티닌(Hemagglutinin)의 항원결정부위(epitope), 이를 사용하여 제조된 항체, 상기 항체를 포함하는 돼지인플루엔자 바이러스 헤마글루티닌 타입별 검출 키트, 상기 항체를 이용하는 돼지인플루엔자 바이러스 헤마글루티닌 타입별 검출 방법, 및 상기 항원결정부위를 포함하는 백신 조성물이 제공되며, 상기 검출 키트 및 검출 방법은 돼지인플루엔자 바이러스 감염에 따른 헤마글루티닌 항원형 1형 또는 3형을 감별 검출하여 돼지인플루엔자 감염 타입을 진단할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명의 낭충봉아부패병을 포함한 꿀벌의 전염성 질병의 예방 및 치료를 위한 이산화염소 기체 소독장치는, 양봉용 벌통에 설치되는 이산화염소 기체 소독장치에 있어서, 거치대; 상기 거치대 내 측면에 설치되며 자외선 LED가 설치된 인쇄회로기판; 상기 인쇄회로기판에 전원을 인가하는 전원부; 및 상기 자외선 LED와 대면하는 부위의 거치대에 설치되며 안정화이산화염소가 수납된 약제수납부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 안정화이산염소에 자외선을 조사하여 발생된 공기보다 비중이 무거운 이산화염소기체를 벌통에 주입하여 꿀벌(bee)의 유충 및 성충에서 발생되는 감염성 전염병의 대표적 사례인 꿀벌의 바이러스성 전염성 질병인 낭충봉아부패병(sacbrood)을 예방 또는 치료하는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 인플루엔자 A형 바이러스를 검출하기 위한 인플루엔자 A형 바이러스 공통 PCR 프라이머 및 돼지 유래 인플루엔자(신종플루, A/Korea/01/2009(H1N1)) 바이러스 검출 특이 PCR 프라이머에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 인플루엔자 A형 바이러스 및 신종플루(A/Korea/01/ 2009(H1N1)) 바이러스를 동시에 신속하고 정확하게 검출할 수 있는 정밀 검사방법을 제공한다. 이와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 PCR 프라이머 및 검출 방법은 돼지에서 인플루엔자 A형 바이러스 검출 및 신종플루(A/Korea/01/2009(H1N1)) 바이러스를 조기 진단할 수 있어 백신 및 치료제 처방을 명확하게 할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An epitope of swine influenza virus neuraminidase is provided to detect type 1 or 2 of neuraminidase antigen and to easily diagnose infection type. CONSTITUTION: An epitope polypeptide molecule of swine influenza virus neuraminidase contains a polypeptide having amino acid sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-12. A kit for detecting swine influenza virus contains the antibody which specifically recognizes the epitope polypeptide molecule. A method for detecting swine influenza virus comprises: a step of preparing a sample; a step of applying one or more antibodies which specifically recognizes the epitope polypeptide molecule; and a step of testing antigen-antibody reaction.

CONSTITUTION: An epitope polypeptide of swine influenza virus hemagglutinin contains a polypeptide having amino acid sequences selected from sequence numbers 1-12. The polypeptide contains a polypeptide having amino acid sequences selected from sequence numbers 1-6. A kit for detecting the swine influenza virus for detecting antigen type 1 contains an antibody which specifically recognizes the polypeptide. A vaccine composition for swine influenza virus contains the polypeptide, DNA molecule encoding the polypeptide, an expression vector containing the DNA molecule, or transformed cells.

PURPOSE: A recombinant swine influenza A virus and a vaccine containing the same are provided to suppress proliferation of the virus and to prevent domestic pigs from the virus. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant swine influenza A virus contains gene of sequence numbers 1-6 among internal genes of A/swine/Korea/CAN01/04 (H1N1) of deposit number KCTC11165BP and virus surface protein gene of deposit number KCTC 11691BP. The virus surface protein gene contains HA of sequence number 7 and NA gene of sequence number 8. A vaccine for swine influenza virus contains the recombinant swine influenza A virus.

CONSTITUTION: A vaccine virus for swine fever, Flc-LOM-BErns virus(KFCC11442P) contains a nucleotide of sequence number 1. An Erns gene of CSFV(classical swine fever virus) is substituted with Erns gene of BVDV(bovine viral disease virus) in the vaccine virus. The vaccine virus is Erns gene marker, Erns serologic marker or END(Exaltaton of Newcastle Disease virus) bio marker. A method for manufacturing swine vaccine virus, Flc-LOM-BErns virus(KFCC11442P) comprises: a step of extracting genomic RNA from swine fever virus strain; a step of synthesizing full-length cDNA to total RNA; a step of removing Erns gene from the synthesized cDNA; and a step of inserting Erns gene of BVDV.
