본 발명은 돼지 E형 간염 바이러스의 캡시드 단백질을 발현하는 재조합 세포에 관한 것으로, 실험실 내에서 인공배양이 어려운 돼지 E형 간염 바이러스의 감염 상태와 매우 유사한 캡시드 단백질을 생산하여 돼지 E형 간염 바이러스에 대한 백신으로서 유용하게 사용할 수 있고, 바이러스의 인공 배양이 어려운 특성을 고려할때, 상기 캡시드 단백질을 최종 확진 항체검사 방법에 이용할 수 있어 정확한 질병 진단에 매우 유용하다.

PURPOSE: A recombinant antibody for diagnosing porcine epidemic diarrhea virus is provided to easily maintain or store an antibody producing strain. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a recombinant antibody for diagnosing porcine epidemic diarrhea virus comprises: a step of preparing a recombinant baculovirus vector containing a DNA fragment of sequence number 1; a step of transfecting baculovirus full length DNA Bac-N-Blue and the recombinant baculovirus vector into an insect cell and preparing recombinant baculovirus; and a step of culturing the recombinant baculovirus in the insect cell. The vector is pBlueBac4.5His. The insect cell is sf-9 cell.

The present invention relates to a cultivating method and a detecting method of sacbrood virus. The cultivating method makes sacbrood virus cultivation, which has been difficult, possible. A method for detecting the sacbrood virus using the cultivating method of the present invention can always detect the sacbrood virus (SBV) easily and quickly by deviating from the existing passive reaction to the sacbrood virus.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing an antigen for hemagglutination of rabbit hemorrhagic disease variant virus and recombinant inactivated vaccine is provided to reduce biological risk. CONSTITUTION: An antigen for suppressing hemagglutination is prepared by inoculating recombinant baculovirus prepared from VP60 gene(deposit number: KCTC 11756BP) of rabbit hemorrhagic disease variant virus into tissue culture cells. The tissue cultured cell is an insect cell(sf-9cell). A method for manufacturing an recombinant inactivated vaccine comprises: a stepo f cloning VP60 genes into pGEM-T vector; a step of cloning to pBuleBacHis4.5 vector to prepare recombinant baculovirus; a step of inoculating the baculovirus into the insect cells to prepare VP gene recombinant protein; a step of isolating antigen from the recombinant protein; and a step of inactivating the antigen.

The present invention relates to a recombinant cell expressing a capsid protein of a swine hepatitis E virus, which can be practically used as a vaccine for the swine hepatitis E virus by producing the capsid protein extremely similar to an infection condition of the swine hepatitis E virus that is hard to artificially culture in a laboratory; and considering such difficulty in the artificial culturing of the virus, the present invention is particularly useful for obtaining an accurate diagnosis of a disease by using the capsid protein in a method to give final confirmation of an antibody test.
