Abstract:
A method for culturing the nuclear transfer embryos is provided to increase the generation rate of blastocyst and to improve the quality of blastocyst, thereby enhancing the production efficiency of cloned animal. A method for culturing the nuclear transfer embryos comprises the steps of locating the nuclear transfer embryos in the culture mediumcontaining the sperm cytosolic factor and applying voltage to it; and moving the nuclear transfer embryos to the culture medium for culture and culturing it. Preferably the concentration of the sperm cytosolic factor is 100-300 mug/mL.

알파 1,3-갈락토실트랜스퍼라아제(α1,3-galactosyl transferase, α1,3-GT) 유전자의 위치에 보체 조절 단백질(decay accelerating factor, DAF) 유전자와 인간의 알파 1,2-푸코실트랜스퍼라아제(human α1,2-fucosyltransferase, HT) 유전자를 적중시킬 수 있는 넉인 벡터, 상기 벡터가 도입된 세포, 상기 세포로 핵이식된 수정란, 상기 벡터에 의해 넉 아웃된 형질전환 동물, 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 넉인 벡터는 이종장기이식에서 발생하는 초급성 거부반응이 억제된 형질전환 동물의 제조에 이용될 수 있으므로, 보다 효율적인 이종장기이식에 사용될 수 있는 형질전환 동물의 생산에 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

PURPOSE: A marker and method for identifying individual cloned cow are provided to distinguish cloned cow and donor cow through a genetic method. CONSTITUTION: A marker for identifying cloned cow comprises a primer of sequence numbers 1-7, which specifically bind to ND5, D-loop, and 12S rDNA. A method for identifying cloned cow comprises: a step of isolating mitochondria DNA from a subject cow; and a step of amplifying ND5, D-loop, and 12S rDNA gene region of mitochondria DNA using a pair of sequence number 1 and 2 or 3.

PURPOSE: A method for producing transgenic porcines for producing human erythropoietin(EPO) is provided, thereby human erythropoietin(EPO) can be mass-produced. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing transgenic porcines comprising the steps of: cloning the genomic DNA of human erythropoietin(EPO) using a WAP promoter isolated from the mammary gland of mouse by polymerase chain reaction(PCR); preparing the EPO expression vector containing human erythropoietin(hEPO) and SV40 poly A gene; injecting eCG hormone and hCG hormone into the fertilized eggs of porcine to induce overovulation; recovering the fertilized eggs and inserting the above DNA into a male cell nucleus using a manipulator; transplanting the cell into a surrogate porcine mother; and producing transgenic porcines having DNA represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 from the surrogate porcine mother.

PURPOSE: Transmitter-receiver is provided which uses the signal of a transmitter to communicate with a receiver with different code as livestock so that it is helpful in finding livestock wanted from a barn with various kinds of livestock. CONSTITUTION: The transmitter-receiver to identify kinds of livestock comprises the parts of: a transmitter wherein an input device(100) to input name or specific number of livestock, an encoder(110) to encode the output signal from the input device, a display device, a wireless transmitter(120) to print the encoded signal in wireless and a power device to supply power; and a receiver wherein a wireless receiver to receive the wireless signal, a decoder to decode the received signal, a comparison device to compare specific code stored with the decoded code, a notification device to notify if the compared codes are same and a power device.

본발명은 a) 암컷동물에서채혈한혈액으로부터생식주기조절호르몬의농도를분석하여피크(peak)를확인하는단계; 및 b) 상기호르몬농도의피크로부터 66시간내지 78시간후를배란시기로예측하는단계;를포함하는암컷동물의배란시기예측방법및 이를이용한암컷동물의성숙난자채란방법에관한것이다. 본발명에의하면, 성숙란채란시기의예측정확도를높이고농도측정기기에따른변이를최소화하여분석방법에따른수치를보정할필요가없는이점이있다.
