본 발명은 신규한 갯장어 유래 델타-6 불포화효소 유전자, 이 유전자를 포함하는 발현벡터, 이 발현벡터로 형질전환된 형질전환체 및 이 형질전환체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 갯장어 유래 델타-6 불포화효소 유전자를 분리하여 그 기능을 확인하고, 리놀레산을 함유하는 들깨 등 유지작물에 이용할 경우, 고부가의 기능성 감마-리놀렌산을 생산하는 유지작물을 제공할 수 있고, 또한 EPA 또는 DHA과 같은 오메가-3의 고도불포화지방산을 생성하기 위한 대사공학기술에 적용될 수 있다.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for quantifying composition of fatty acid in perilla using NIRL is provided to usefully use for developing an industrial material by effectively evaluating generic resource per oil resource by rapidly searching the fatty acid composition of perilla without pre-processing on the perilla. CONSTITUTION: A method for quantifying composition of fatty acid in perilla using NIRL(near infrared light) is as follows. A non-destructive perilla classified based on the species is added to a test tube and is inserted into the NIRL analyzer. The NIRL is radiated and an absorption spectrum of 408 to 2484nm is obtained. A first differentiation is applied to the near-infrared spectrum. A first derivative value is obtained where gap per wave has 8nm. The linoleic acid content in perilla sample is determined using the first derivative value per wave.

PURPOSE: An antibacterial gene which is specific to phytophthora and a method for preventing plant disease using the same are provided to suppress growth of Phytophthora sp. strain. CONSTITUTION: A gene EnAP95(KACC 95090P) isolated from Enterobacter sp. YNB54 has a base sequence of sequence number 1. The gene EnAP95 is a Sal I fragment which is obtained by: selecting and analyzing E.coli clone which specifically suppresses Phytophthora capsici from a gene bank randomly produced by inserting Enterobacter sp. YNB54 chromosome DNA fragment to pBR322; isolating 20kb of fragment in which anti-phyrophthora gene is inserted; preparing mutant in which bacteriophage Mu is inserted; and selecting mutant of which antagonism to various phytophthora is weakened, lost, or strengthened.

An internal ribosome entry site comprises a sequence of the sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1). A primer set for synthesizing the internal ribosome entry site comprises a sequence numbers 2, 3, 4, and 5. A pluripotent recombinant gene PIC for inducing biosynthesis of beta-carotine comprises sequences of the sequence numbers1 and 18. An expression vector pGEM-PIC comprises the pluripotent recombinant gene PIC for inducing biosynthesis of beta-carotine of the sequence number 18.

PURPOSE: Provided is an antioxidant comprising 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzaldehyde as an active ingredient, which has an improved free radical elimination power than that of existing material, and excellent anti-acidification of pig fat and palm oil, and thus can be widely used as an antioxidant such as additives for fat and fatty oil processed foods. CONSTITUTION: The antioxidant comprises 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzaldehyde as an effective ingredient. The 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzaldehyde is extracted from stem and leaf of Geum japonicum. Fat and fatty oil processed foods comprise an extract or dry powder of Geum japonicum comprising 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzaldehyde.
