Abstract: PURPOSE: A semiconductor light emitting device and a method manufacturing thereof are provided to prevent the deformation of a sapphire substrate due to a difference in a thermal expansion coefficient by forming a thin film or a groove by using a material in which a thermal expansion coefficient is smaller than a sapphire in a lower part of a sapphire substrate. CONSTITUTION: A thin film(112) is formed in a lower part of a sapphire substrate(110). A first GaN system semiconductor layer(120) is formed on an upper part of the sapphire substrate. An active layer(130) is formed on the first GaN system semiconductor layer. A second GaN system semiconductor layer(140) is formed on the active layer. A first electrode(170) is formed on the first GaN system semiconductor layer in which the active layer and the second GaN system semiconductor layer are not formed. A second electrode(160) is formed on the second GaN system semiconductor layer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A convenient wheelchair which the rotation panel receiving space is equipped to a wheelchair back side is provided to solve a problem of a receiving space lack of a wheel chair user and supply a wheel chair user for a product. CONSTITUTION: An offset wheelchair is installed to wheelchair back side in the rotation panel receiving space. A vertical play is changed to the operation of the lever installing inside wheelchair to the rotational motion. The lever is installed inside wheelchair. Abstract: PURPOSE: A wearable robot for a hand motion of the disables is provided to enable a user to conveniently perform the hand motion by using the skeleton and joint of the user. CONSTITUTION: A wearable robot for a hand motion of the disables comprises a body portion(10), wire portions(20,30,40), a driving portion, an angle sensor(52) and a controller. The outside one portion of the human body is covered with the body portion. The wire portion comprises wires and wire guides. One end of the wire is fixed to the body portion. The wire has elasticity. The wire passes through the wire guide. The wire guide guides the movement of the wire.
