Abstract: A cooling and heating system is provided to perform cooling-and-heating of a seat for a car using a vortex tube separating compressed air, and to maintain favorable thermal environment. A cooling and heating system includes a pressure air supply source, a cooling/heating device storing pack(30), a supply path, a heating and cooling machine converting unit, and a control unit. The pressure air supply source supplies the compressed air. The cooling/heating device storing pack is installed at a part for cooling and heating. The supply path is connected between the cooling/heating device storing pack and the pressure air supply source. The supply path includes a heating and cooling machine supply path(42), a heating and cooling machine exhaust path(44) and a branch line. The heating and cooling machine supply path supplies the cooling air or heating air to the cooling/heating device storing pack. The cooling machine exhaust path discharges the rest cooling air or the heating air.

A climate control seat for a vehicle using a heat storage pad comprises a seat main body, first and second heat storage pads(210) and a plurality of film type thermoelectric elements(230,240). The seat main body is composed of a seat part(110) and a backrest part(120) coupled to the seat part so as to be rotated. The first and second heat storage pads are respectively arranged in one surface of occupants of the seat part and the backrest part. The film type thermoelectric elements are equipped between one surface of the seat part and the first heat storage pad, and between one surface of the backrest part and the second heat storage pad.

CONSTITUTION: A roller hemming method applied with local heating includes: a step of mounting a heating unit on a body identical to a hemming roller; and a step of applying the heat of the heating unit on a heating point (15) on an outer plate housing the peripheral part of an inner plate, bending the outer plate, and then coupling the outer plate and the inner plate.
