Abstract: A robot moving along a wire, which can move along a wire by rotating a driving roller seated on the wire includes a robot body; a frame extended upward of the robot body and supporting the driving roller; and an auxiliary roller disposed by being abutted against the driving roller, wherein the auxiliary roller can be moved between a closed position of being in close contact with the wire from a downward direction of the wire to prevent the driving roller from being detached from the wire, and an opened position of being separated from the wire to enable the driving roller to be detached from the wire.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A joining hole aligning device is provided to stably align positions of joining holes of materials, thereby reducing time required for thread-combining. CONSTITUTION: A joining hole aligning device(100) comprises a shaft(110), a nut, aligning bars(140), a guide block(130), and a joining nut(120). The nut is joined to an end portion of the shaft and moves along a center axis. The plurality of aligning bars comprises spring fixing units(144a,144b) and a guide moving unit(146). A spring is joined to the spring fixing unit. The guide block comprises spring fixing projections(134a,134b) and a linear guide(132). The linear guide guides the linear movement of a guide moving unit. The guide block guides the aligning bars to a radial direction of the shaft. The joining nut is arranged in one end portion of the guide block. The spring is joined between the spring fixing projections and spring fixing units. The joining nut is arranged in one end portion of the guide block and the shaft passes through an opening of the joining nut.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fastener aligning device is provided to reduce a screwing time since the central axes of the fasteners of coupling members are aligned rapidly and stably. CONSTITUTION: A fastener aligning device(100) comprises a rotatable shaft(110), a nut(120), a plurality of aligning bars(140), an elastic ring(160), a guide block(130), and a coupling nut(150). The nut is coupled to one end of the shaft and moves along the central axis of the shaft. The aligning bars are spread in a radial direction of the shaft according to the movement of the nut. The elastic ring is arranged outside the aligning bars and fastening force is applied to the elastic ring by the aligning bars. For the aligning bars to move in a radial direction of the shaft, the guide block guides the aligning bars through a groove(132).

Abstract: 본 발명은 체결구 정렬핀에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는, 나사결합하고자 하는 복수의 부재들의 체결구들의 중심축의 위치를 정렬시켜서, 나사결합을 용이하게 하는 체결구 정렬핀에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 체결구 정렬핀은, 나사결합하고자 하는 복수의 부재들의 체결구들의 위치를 정렬하기 위한 것으로, 원통형의 몸체, 상기 몸체의 일단으로부터 연장하며, 상기 체결구들로 삽입되는 방향에 대해 상기 몸체의 단면적보다 작은 단면적을 갖는 삽입부, 및 상기 몸체의 타단에 형성되며, 외부의 조임기구가 결합가능한 구조를 갖는 헤드를 포함하며, 상기 헤드에 결합한 상기 조임기구를 통해 회전하는 힘을 전달받으면 상기 체결구들에 삽입된 삽입부가 회전하면서 상기 체결구들의 위치가 정렬된다.
