Abstract: PURPOSE: A food composition for preventing and improving of a metabolic disorder and an eating disorder based on MCH receptor antagonistic activity is provided to improve and prevent coronary artery diseases, hyperlipidemia, degenerative arthritis, melancholia, anxiety, and mental anxiety etc. CONSTITUTION: A food composition contains mulberry leaf extract extracted with a solvent including water, an organic solvent, or a mixture of water and the organic solvent as a beneficial component. The organic solvent is alcohol of C1-C4, dichloromethane or ethyl acetate. The alcohol of C1-C4 is methanol or ethanol. The mulberry leaf materials is produced by separating the mulberry leaf extract with dichloromethane.

Abstract: Psoralea coyliflia extracts with high estrogenic activity or a composition containing active components separated from the Psoralea corylifolia extracts are provided to replace a hormone replacement therapy which administers estrogen by using a natural product. A method for separating active components from Psoralea corylifolia extracts comprises the steps of: (i) extracting Psoralea corylifolia alcohol solvent extract with dichloromethane; (ii) performing silica gel column chromatography that makes the dichloromethane/methanol solution in Psoralea corylifolia dichloromethane extracts mobile to obtain the first fraction or the eleventh fraction; and (iii) performing silica gel column chromatography that makes normal hexane/ethylacetate in the third fraction among 11 fractions mobile to obtain 10 fractions from 3-1 to 3-10, and vacuum concentrating 3-2 fraction to obtain bakuchiol.

Abstract: A composition for immunosuppression comprising the extract of Saururus chinensis or active compounds isolated therefrom is provided to inhibit abnormal proliferation of B cell and T cell, so that the composition is useful for prevention and treatment of diseases caused by hypersensitive immune responses. Abstract: 본 발명은 스프레드형 고추장 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 고추장과 토마토 페이스트 혼합물에 유지를 첨가하여 유화시킨 후, 펙틴, 설탕 또는 올리고당 및 유자엑스분과 같은 향신료를 첨가하여 겔화시킴으로써 독특한 풍미와 물성을 부여한 스프레드형 고추장에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 고추장에 대하여 유자 등 과실 엑스분과 토마토페이스트를 가하여 혼합한 후 45메쉬상의 체에 통과시켜 균일한 고추장 혼합물을 제조한다. 고추장 혼합물에 대하여 버터, 대두유 등 식물성 유지 및 레시틴을 첨가하여 교반함으로서 고추장 유화물을 형성시킨다. 이 유화물에 대하여 설탕 혹은 올리고당과 펙틴을 첨가하고 온도를 높혀 펙틴과 설탕이 충분히 용해되고 젤화되면 온도를 낮추고 구연산을 첨가하여 혼합물의 농도가 30 Brix 이상 되면 용기에 충진포장하여 빵과 스낵 등에 활용가치가 큰 우수한 품질의 스프레드형 고추장 제품을 제조하는데 있다.
본 발명의 스프레드형 고추장은 빵과 스낵류 분만 아니라, 여러 가지 식품에 적용할 수 있으므로 고추장의 용도를 다양화할 것으로 기대된다.
