Abstract:
천연 안토시아닌은 식품은 물론 화장품의 색소첨가제로서 이용된 뿐만 아니라 의약품으로도 사용되어 그 수요가 증가되고 있다. 본 발명은 식물 카로티노이드 생성 억제제를 처리하여 얻은 백화 식물조직 절편을, 과당, 자당 및 포도당 중에서 선택된 어느 하나가 0.25중량%∼5중량%로 첨가된 용액 위에 띄우고, 광도가 6,000∼9,000 룩스이며, 배양온도가 28±4℃인 조건에서 2∼4일 동안 배양하여 안토시아닌을 축적시키는 것이 특징인 백화식물을 이용하여 천연 안토시아닌을 다량 함유하는 식물조직을 생산하는 방법에 관한다. 본 방법은 무균 작업 과정이 필요 없고, 1회 생산을 위해 소요된 기간이 보통 10일 이내이면서 연중 생산이 가능하며, 생산에 필요한 경비(배양, 추출 등)가 적게 든다는 장점을 가지고 있다.

본 발명은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 신규 갈바닉산 유도체 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 다약제내성 억제용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 갈바닉산 유도체는 다약제내성의 주요 원인인 P-당단백질의 과발현에 대한 억제활성 및 항암제와의 병용투여시 항암활성의 증가를 나타내어 항암제에 대한 다약제내성 극복제제, 치료제 또는 조절제로 이용될 수 있으며, 항암제의 효과를 증진시켜 암환자의 생존률을 높일 수 있고, 병용 투여하는 항암제의 용량을 줄여 정상세포에 대한 부작용을 감소시킬 수 있으므로 항암치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. A compound having a BACE-1 inhibitory effect is represented by the following formula 1. The compound represented by formula 1 is obtained through an extraction process using an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of C1-C4 alcohols or aqueous solution thereof, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and a mixture thereof. Particularly, the compound represented by formula 1 is obtained by extracting bark of grapevine with the organic solvent, and by further extracting the extract with an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of butanol, dichloromethane and ethyl acetate.
