Abstract: PURPOSE: A steering wheel for a vehicle is provided to improve the appearance and marketability by applying a reinforcing member which the shape is not changed by heat or is recovered in a hot-air process of a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION: A steering wheel for a vehicle is composed of an armature member(31), an intermediate structure(32), a reinforcing member(34), and a cover member(33). The armature member connects a rim and a hub. The intermediate structure is attached to the armature member to be combined. The reinforcing member is combined with the corner of a front end facing to an airbag cover from the intermediate structure. The cover member is combined to be wrapped with the intermediate structure and includes the reinforcing member.

Abstract: A brake pedal assembly of a vehicle is provided to minimize injury of a driver's ankle by releasing locking state of a first and a second push rod using hinge bars when in a head-on collision. A brake pedal assembly of a vehicle comprises a first push rod(21), a second push rod(23), two hinge bar(25), and a cam block(27). One end of the first push rod is connected with a booster. One of the second push rod is connected with one part of an operation lever through a hinge bracket. The second push rod has a fastening sill(31) at the other end. The hinge bars are hinged at two sides of the other end of the first push rod respectively, and has a fastening end(33) at a free end unit. The fastening sills of the hinge bars are fastened to two fastening sill of the second push rod. The cam block is placed at two side surface of a through hole(35) of a dash panel(5) and mated to the fastening sill of the hinge bars, and separates each of fastening sills of the hinge bar from the fastening sill of the second push rod and spreads each of hinge bars to outward through an inclination surface(39).

Abstract: A brake pedal shifting preventing device of a vehicle is provided to prevent a lower part of a knee of a driver from being damaged due to the collision by interlocking a stopper selectively with a push rod connected between a brake pedal and a brake booster. A hinge point works as a fixed point by a stopper(15) when operating a brake pedal. The stopper is selectively interlocked with a push rod(11) connected between the brake pedal and a brace booster(12). The stopper is released by pushing the push rod from the collision accident to move the hinge point to the rear side. A wire(16) interlocks the stopper with the push rod. The hinge point of the brake pedal is coupled on a slot(18) of a vehicle body bracket(17) to be guided to a predetermined path by a slot(18).
