Abstract: PURPOSE: An active roll control system is provided to minimize frictional resistance due to moment and vertical loads applied to a sliding unit by horizontally and vertically arranging a roller bearing with the large rated load of contact surfaces in a slide rail. CONSTITUTION: An active roll control system comprises a sliding unit. The sliding unit comprises a slide rail(23), a connector(25), a plurality of load rollers(31), and a guide roller(32). The slide rail is equipped in both sides inside the housing unit of a lower arm along the width direction of a vehicle. The connector is connected to the lower end of a stabilizer link(3) and the end of a push rod(29) through a double ball joint(2BJ). A load roller comes in rolling contact with the upper and lower rail surfaces of each sliding rail. The load roller is rotatably installed in each roller installation groove of the connector through a roller pin(33). The guide roller comes in rolling contact with the guide surface of each sliding rail. The guide roller is rotatably installed in the roller mounting groove of the connector through the roller pin.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An active roll control system is provided to miniaturize a system by enhancing the power transmission efficiency of a motor and reducing the capacity of the motor. CONSTITUTION: An active roll control system comprises a sliding unit. The sliding unit comprises a linear shaft, a bushing housing(25), and a linear bushing. The linear shafts are arranged in parallel in the both sides inside the housing unit(21) of a lower arm(7) along the width direction of a vehicle. The bushing housing is forcibly inserted to the outer circumference of the linear bushing to move along the linear shaft with the linear bushing. The bushing housing is connected to a push rod(29) and a stabilizer link(3) at the same time through a double ball joint(2BJ). The linear bushing is installed inside the housing unit to be slidable to the linear shaft along the axial direction.
