Abstract: 본 발명은 가변 용량형 오일펌프에 관한 것이다.
이 같은 본 발명은, 고온 저속영역과 고속영역에 따라 인너로터의 폄심회전을 통해 오일의 압축율을 증감시켜, VVT, VVL, CDA 등의 엔진 시스템에서 실제 높은 압력이 요구되는 부분인 고온 저속영역에서는 오일 압력을 증대시켜 엔진의 응답성 및 동력 성능을 향상시키고, 오일 압력이 남아도는 고속 영역의 오일압력은 낮춰 동력 손실을 저감시킬 수 있도록 하는 등 오일펌프에서 토출되는 오일 압력을 전체적으로 균일하게 유지시켜 차량의 연비를 개선하는 가변 용량형 오일펌프를 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable compression ratio device is provided to increase output and fuel ratio by varying compression ratio of a mixer according to an operation state of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A variable compression ratio device comprises a top connecting rod(40), a bottom connecting rod(50), a crank shaft(65), a control rod(80) and a control shaft(90). The top connecting rod is connected to a piston(30) and receives combustion power of a mixer. The bottom connecting rod is connected to the top connecting rod and rotated by the combustion power of the mixer from the top connecting rod. The crank shaft is made eccentric in the bottom connecting rod. The control rod is connected to the bottom connecting rod and varies revolution mark of the bottom connecting rod. The control shaft is connected to the end of the control rod and varies the location of the other end of the control rod.

Abstract: A balance shaft module is provided to improve fuel efficiency by reducing friction loss and prevent the temperature of oil from being excessively raised by reducing loss of power. A balance shaft module includes shafts(10,12) and a variable oil pump(100). The shafts rotate in interlocked with a crank shaft of an engine. The variable oil pump is mounted on the shafts, and varies the flow rate of oil in accordance with the variation of discharge pressure caused due to engine RPM. The variable oil pump includes a pump body, an adaptor ring received in the pump body, a cam ring arranged in the space formed in the adaptor ring, a rotor which rotates in the cam ring, and a plurality of vanes inserted into slits of the rotor.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A groove shape profile is formed in a basic circular area of a cam not to change contacting position of a tappet face in a nose and plank area of the cam. CONSTITUTION: When a cam(12) is mounted in a cam shaft(10), a contact of the cam is a little offset from a center of a tappet face to help easy rotation of a tappet(20). A profile shape of the cam in a basic circular area(18) is formed as a groove shape instead of a protruding shape.
