Abstract: A device for embodiment of an electric vehicle mode in a soft hybrid vehicle is provided to control linkage of a motor and an engine by installing an engine clutch between a torque converter and an automatic transmission, thereby allowing the soft hybrid vehicle to operate either the motor or the engine or both depending on the needs. In a device for embodiment of an electric vehicle mode in a soft hybrid vehicle, a motor(20) for providing an auxiliary power to an engine(50) is installed between a torque converter(10) and an automatic transmission(40), and an engine clutch(30) is installed between a turbine(11) of the torque converter and a rotor(22) of the motor. An HCU(Hybrid control unit) sends an engine clutch operation signal to a TCU(Transmission control unit) so that the TCU controls a valve body of the automatic transmission to supply hydraulic pressure to the engine clutch. After the vehicle is set in motion using the motor, the HCU synchronizes the rotation of the engine to the motor by controlling the rotation of an ISG(Integrated starter and generator) connected to the engine through a belt according to the rotation of the motor. The engine includes a turbine hub integrally installed in the turbine and rotated relative to a transmission input shaft, an outer retainer integrally installed in the turbine hub, clutch plates installed on an inner circumference of the outer retainer, an engine clutch hub spline combined to the transmission input shaft, an inner retainer integrally installed in the engine clutch hub, clutch disks installed on an outer circumference of the inner retainer and disposed between the clutch plates, and a piston pushing the clutch plates and the clash disks tightly to one another by being pushed forward by the oil pressure entering through oil inlets formed on the turbine hub.

Abstract: An automatic transmission of a hybrid vehicle is provided to reduce overall length of the transmission by bending a plate and locating a torsional spring at an empty space between stator units. An automatic transmission of a hybrid vehicle comprises a fly wheel(700), a generator(100), an input shaft(400), a hub(300), and a torsional damper(200). The fly wheel is connected with an engine(500). The generator has a middle rotor unit(120) and a stator unit(110). The stator unit is disposed at the outer side of the rotor unit. The input shaft is connected with the rotor unit of the generator. The hub is combined with an engine-side end of the input shaft. The torsional damper connects the fly wheel with the hub. The torsional damper has a torsional spring(220) and a plate(210). The torsional spring is connected with the hub. The plate is combined with the torsional spring and the fly wheel. A protrusion unit(110a) is formed by projecting an engine-side end of the stator unit toward the engine compared to an engine-side end of the rotor unit. An empty space(600) is formed between the protrusion units. In the plate, at least a part of the torsional spring is disposed at the empty space by curving a combining unit(920) with the torsional spring closer to the generator than a combining unit(910) with the fly wheel.

The supporting member is connected through a stud bolt, and the rear suspension is installed in the wheel house, the reinforcing member and the mounting bracket by first and second assembling members and the supporting member. The stiffness is improved, and crack between the rear floor panel and the wheel house is prevented. Driving experience is improved with reducing noise by minimizing movement of the rear suspension.
