Abstract:
A method for fabricating a micro-electrode array having a three-dimensional structure is provided to minimize an influence to a peripheral biological tissue by forming a flexible substrate with a first and second polymer material layers. A three-dimensional structure is formed by etching and removing a part of a process supporting substrate. A first and second conductive layers are formed on the process supporting substrate. A micro-electrode including a first and second micro-electrodes(102a,103a) is formed by planarizing a first and second conductive layers. A first polymer material layer(104) is formed on the process supporting substrate including the micro-electrode. The first polymer material layer is selectively patterned to expose a surface of the micro-electrode. A micro-metal line(105) is formed by forming and patterning a third conductive layer on the first polymer material layer. A pad(105a) is formed by forming and patterning a second polymer material(106) on the process supporting substrate. The process supporting substrate is etched and removed.

An antibacterial amide derivative is provided to interrupt communication between bacteria as a quorum sensing antagonist, so that the compound is useful for preventing the biofilm formation by bacteria and disease occurrence. An antibacterial amide derivative is represented by the formula(1) or formula(2), wherein R1 and R2 are each independently aromatic hydrocarbon group or aromatic hydrocarbon group having hetero atom. The biofilm formation is prevented by contacting the antibacterial amide derivative represented by the formula(1) or formula(2) with bacteria including gram negative bacteria.

An antenna selecting apparatus and a method thereof in a MIMO(Multi-Input Multi-Output communication system) are provided to improve frequency efficiency performance in a bad channel state. When user data bits and control data bits are generated to be transmitted, the same are inputted to a coding unit(102). The coding unit codes the inputted user data bits and the control data bits according to a pre-set coding method and outputs the same to a modulator. The modulator modulates the received signals according to a pre-set modulation method and outputs the same to an antenna selector(104). The antenna selector checks whether there is antenna select information which has been received from a reception end. If there is antenna select information, the antenna selector selects transmit antennas to transmit the signals. A weight value determining unit(106) determines a weight vector of each transmit antenna. The signals transmitted via transmit antennas(150,152,156) from a transmission end are received via reception antennas(158,160) of the reception end. An antenna determining unit(110) performs calculation to determine transmit antennas to be used for transmitting the signals and transmits the result to a code selector(114). The code selector feeds back code index information to the transmission end. A coding unit(112) decodes the signals, and final signals are outputted via a demodulator.

항균성을 지니는 동시에 쿼럼센싱 길항제로 기능을 하는 항균성 호모세린 락톤 유도체 및 이를 이용한 미생물의 제거 방법에서, 호모세린 락톤 유도체는 세균들 간의 의사소통을 방해하는 호모세린 락톤 잔기와 함께, 그람 양성균과 그람 음성균에 대하여 항균성을 지니는 치환기를 포함한다. 이에 따라 항균성 호모세린 락톤 유도체는 세균들에 대하여 우수한 항균력을 지니는 동시에, 생물막의 형성과 번식을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있다.

본 발명은 진공 챔버 내의 시편을 냉각시킬 수 있는 냉각 시스템을 제공하고, 이를 이용하여 시편의 냉각 작업과 시료 분석 작업을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 시편 분석 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 본 발명에서는, 열전도 특성이 우수한 재질로 만들어진 열전도 와이어; 및 상기 열전도 와이어와 연결되고, 중공부를 구비하는 냉각관을 포함하는 냉각 시스템을 제공하고, 이를 구비한 시편 분석 장치와 이 시편 분석 장치를 이용한 시편 분석 방법을 제공한다.

본 발명은 고분자 히알루론산을 유효성분으로 함유하는 골흡수 저해용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로는, 파골세포 전구체에서 M-CSF signaling 및 RANKL signaling을 저해함으로써 파골세포 분화를 억제하여 골흡수를 저해하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명의 고분자 히알루론산은 TLR4와 결합하여 항-파골세포발생의 효과를 나타내며, 파골세포 전구체에서 M-CSF 신호전달을 방해하여 AP-1 및 MITF의 활성화를 억제함으로써 RANK 발현을 감소시켜 파골세포로의 분화를 저해할 수 있으므로 골흡수와 관련된 질환에 이용될 수 있다. 히알루론산, 파골세포, 골수세포, 대식세포, 골흡수, M-CSF, RANKL, TRL4

A multi-network interface device, a method therefor, a traffic control option information transmission method thereof, and a network interface selection method are provided to enable an MR(Mobile Router) or an MN(Mobile Node) having a multi-network interface to select a network interface suited for a user's application program or a service traffic feature, thereby offering a more suitable service to users using portable Internet. A flow DB(33) stores matching information for network interfaces and each traffic flow. A flow information checker(31) selects a network interface matched with a traffic flow based on flow information of a packet header if a packet is received, and delivers the packet through the selected network interface. If the network interface matched with the corresponding traffic flow does not exist, an interface selector(32) determines a network interface suited for the traffic flow to store matching information in the DB, and uses the stored information for a packet received later.

A gamma-lactone compound as a PPARdelta(peroxisome proliferator activated receptor delta) ligand is provided to activate the PPARdelta, so that the compound is useful for treatment of obesity, hyperlipidemia, arteriosclerosis and diabetes. A gamma-lactone compound represented by the formula(I) as a PPARdelta ligand is isolated from Plakortis nigra and prepared by (a) reacting compounds represented by the formula(IV) with compounds represented by the formula(V), wherein R is C1-20 alkyl group, aryl group or alkylaryl group. A pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food composition for treating obesity, hyperlipidemia, arteriosclerosis and diabetes comprises the gamma-lactone compound represented by the formula(I).
