An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes a PCB mounted with an image sensor, a base installed at an upper surface of the PCB to centrally form an optical path, a lens holder coupled to an upper surface of the base to form an optical path by being mounted with at least one or more sheets of lenses, a variable lens arranged on the optical path centrally formed at the base to control a refractive index of passing light, and an infrared cut-off coating layer provided on a surface of the variable lens to filter an infrared component from the optical path-passing light.
Abstract:
A wiring structure of a head suspension including a flexure that supports a head and is attached to a load beam applying load onto the head, comprises write wiring and read wiring formed on the flexure and connected to the head, each having wires of opposite polarities. The wiring structure further comprises a stacked interleaved part includes segments electrically connected to the respective wires of the write wiring, the segments stacked on and facing the wires through an electrical insulating layer so that the facing wire and segment have opposite polarities.
Abstract:
A display device includes a flexible insulating substrate, an insulating layer on the insulating substrate, and a plurality of terminals made of a conductive material on the insulating layer. The insulating layer is disposed outside the area located between the terminals. The insulating substrate has a groove between the terminals.
Abstract:
A wired circuit board includes a first insulating layer, a conductive pattern disposed on the first insulating layer and including a plurality of terminals arranged in parallel to be spaced apart from each other, and a second insulating layer disposed on the first insulating layer so as to cover the conductive pattern. Each of the terminals includes a main body portion and a protruding portion protruding from the main body portion and having a dimension in a parallel arrangement direction of the terminals which is shorter than a dimension of the main body portion thereof. The second insulating layer includes a plurality of end-portion covering portions disposed individually on both end portions of the main body portion in the parallel arrangement direction and exposing a middle portion of the main body portion and the protruding portion.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a touch panel and a method for manufacturing the same. A touch panel can include a substrate, a transparent electrode base on the substrate, a first transparent electrode on the transparent electrode base and extending in a first direction, and a second transparent electrode on the transparent electrode base and extending in a second direction. A method of manufacturing a touch panel can include preparing a substrate and a transparent electrode base, forming a transparent electrode over the transparent electrode base, and forming an electrode material over the transparent electrode base.
Abstract:
A wearable electronics assembly includes one or more electronic modules coupled to a wearable electronics fabric. Each of the one or more electronic modules includes one or more metal foils, each metal foil electrically coupled at one end to an electrical connection point of the electrical module and at another end to an electrically conductive wire. The electrically conductive wire is stitched to the metal foil and to a fabric onto which the electronic module is attached. The electronic module can include one or more electronic components coupled to a printed circuit board. The metal foils can be formed from interconnects on the printed circuit board or the metal foils can be separate elements coupled to the printed circuit board.
Abstract:
An electronic module assembly and method of assembling an electronic module to a conductive fabric are provided. An electronic module assembly comprises a non-conductive fabric and a conductive fabric covering at least part of a first side of the non-conductive fabric. An electronics module is disposed on the conductive fabric, and a portion of the electronics module includes a wall defining a through hole. A fastener passing through the through hole and passing through the conductive fabric is configured to electronically couple the electronics module to the conductive fabric.
Abstract:
A method of making an electronic device may include forming at least one circuit layer that includes solder pads on a substrate and forming at least one liquid crystal polymer (LCP) solder mask having mask openings therein. The method may also include forming at least one thin film resistor on the LCP solder mask and coupling the at least one LOP solder mask to the substrate so that the at least one thin film resistor is coupled to the at least one circuit layer and so that the solder pads are aligned with the mask openings.
