Abstract:
본 발명은 프로테오믹스와 메타볼로믹스 기술을 융합하여 시도된 육질 판별용 마커인 creatine(크레아틴)을 이용하여 돼지의 육질을 판정할 수 있는 우수한 육질을 가진 돼지를 선별할 수 있는 바이오 마커 및 상기 마커를 이용한 돼지의 육질판정방법에 관한 것으로 160여 개의 기존 등록된 대사체 프로파일을 high pH군과 low pH군의 혈청과 근육에서 비교 발굴하여 바이오 마커를 선별하였다.

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing Berkshire meat quality using serum free amino acid is provided to determine excellent Berkshire without analysis. CONSTITUTION: A method for Berksher meat quality using serum free amino acid comprises a step of analyzing pig meat quality using phenylalanine, valine, and leucine among free amino acid as a metabolic biomarker.
Abstract:
A specific gene for diagnosing pig growth and the diagnosis of meat quality is provided to early select excellent pig species by obtaining the specific gene related to growth and meat quality. A method for obtaining a specific gene for diagnosing growth and meat quality of pig comprises: a step of building a cDNA library using muscle and fat tissue of Sus scrofa, designing and analyzing cDNA microarray; a step of collecting muscle and fat from Sus scrofa and Yorkshire and making tissue sample; a step of cloning a gene from the tissue sample; a step of analyzing full-sequence; a step of isolating total RNA; a step of synthesizing first strand cDNA using superscript II reverse transcriptase; and a step of performing statistical analysis.

A primer for testing flesh of pig and a method of testing the flesh of the pig using the same are provided to examin conveniently and exactly the flesh of the pig. A primer for testing flesh of pig comprises a sequence number 1 and a sequence number 2. A method of testing the flesh of the pig comprises measuring an expression amount of the gallectin-1 gene of the pig. An RT-PCR is used by a measurement of the expression amount. The primer consisting of the sequence number 1 and the sequence number 2 is used by the measurement of the expression amount.
