Abstract:
The present invention relates to small interfering RNA (siRNA) having base sequence of sequence number 1 and an antiviral composition against orthopoxvirus including the same as an active component. siRNA of the present invention can restrain vaccinia virus reproduction by hindering gene expression while degradation of mRNA is induced, after being bound to mRNA of vaccinia virus gene. Also, the siRNA can be used for treating and preventing smallpox caused by variola virus infection which is in the same strain with vaccinia virus.

PURPOSE: A codon-optimized anthrax PA-D4 polynucleotide and a vector containing the same are provided to express PA-D4 proteins and to be used as a vector of a novel anthrax DNA vaccine. CONSTITUTION: A codon-optimized anthrax PA-D4 polynucleotide has a base sequence of sequence number 1. The polypeptide further contains mouse IgM signal peptides linked at N-terminal of a base of sequence number 1. A vector for expressing PA-D4 proteins contains the polypeptides. The vector contains sequentially linked CMV promoter and the polynucleotide. The vector contains an SV40 enhancer, a CMV promoter, and the polynucleotide. A method for preparing the proteins comprises a step of culturing cells transformed by the vector. The cells are 293T cells.

니트린 옥사이드(NO) 생성 억제제로 이루어진 유기인산제제 중독에 의한 경련, 치사 및 뇌손상의 방어용 해독제가 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 해독제는 중추신경계에 작용하는 항콜린성 약물과 복합사용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 해독제에 의해 유기인산 제제 중독에 의한 중독증상 및 후유증이 효과적으로 방지될 수 있다.
