Flower extracts inhibiting the formation of SNARE(Soluble ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein) composite is to be safe capered with conventional skin care using Botox and to improve the stability within the formulation of skin wrinkle remedies. A composition for suppressing the formation of SNARE composite comprises flower extracts. The flower extracts are obtained by extracting the flower of plant in water or C1-C4 alcohol. The composition has the improvement of skin wrinkle, the control of activities within cells and pain relieving effect.

본 발명은 식물 폴리페놀 물질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 신경전달물질 배출 조절용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 SNARE 복합체 형성의 저해제로서 신경전달물질 배출을 조절함으로써 SNARE가 관여하는 세포내 반응의 조절제로 유용하다. 본 발명의 SNARE 복합체 형성 저해제는 주름개선용, 통증완화용 조성물로 활용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to recombinant micro-organisms for producing organic acid in which activities of acetyl-CoA acetyltransferase, β-Ketothiolase II, crotonaseand, 3-hydroxybutyryl-CoA dehydrogenase, and trans-enoyl-CoA reductase are enhanced, and to a method for producing organic acid using the same. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for producing the organic acid which includes the steps of: culturing the microorganisms; and collecting the organic acid from the microorganisms or the culture, and to the organic acid manufactured through the same. The conventional method for producing hexanoic acid has low productivity even after long term fermentation and biosynthesis of the hexanoic acid becomes difficult so that the present invention provides the microorganisms which are drastically developed in fermentation time and production amount by introducing genes provided in the present invention. By using the microorganisms, the present invention can contribute to biosynthesis of the hexanoic acid and growth of bioplastic industries caused by the same and be helpful for a novel method for producing the bioplastic which is simple and requires low costs. The present invention can drastically contribute to growth of the bioplastic industry.

PURPOSE: An antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) is provided to show superior treatment effect compared with an existing conjugate because large drugs are conjugated to antibodies. CONSTITUTION: A lipoprotein variant is able to encapsulate a drug and has a hydrophilic region in which one or more amino acid residues are substituted with cysteine. The hydrophilic region is exposed to the outside of the lipoprotein when the drug is encapsulated. A nanostructure is prepared by encapsulating the drug in a three-dimensional structure of the variant lipoprotein. An ADC has lipoprotein and an antibody which are linked directly or by a linker and contains the drug encapsulated in the three-dimensional structure of isolated lipoprotein.
