Abstract:
본 발명은 철계 촉매 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 철계 촉매는 철수산화물, 철산화물 및 철탄화물을 포함하고, 상기 철계 촉매에 함유된 철 원자수 100%에 대하여, 상기 철수산화물에 함유된 철 원자수 48 내지 57%, 상기 철산화물에 함유된 철 원자수 18 내지 29%, 상기 철탄화물에 함유된 철 원자수 14 내지 34%를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명에 의하면, 철계 촉매의 상분율을 최적으로 조절함으로써, 탄소 수가 5 이상인 탄화수소의 생산성을 높이고, CO 2 의 선택도 및 CH 4 , C 2 -C 4 탄화수소의 선택도를 낮출 수 있어 피셔-트롭쉬 합성 공정에 유용하게 적용할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a hydrocarbon compound using Fischer-Tropsch synthesis and a hydrocarbon compound produced through the same. The method of the present invention comprises: a reducing step of feeding a first gas including CO_2 and CO in a first reactor in which an iron catalyst is filled in order to be reduced; and a producing step of producing a hydrocarbon compound by reacting a second gas including H_2 and CO in a second reactor filled with the iron catalyst reduced in the reducing step. Accordingly, the reducing properties of the iron catalyst are improved so that the productivity of C5 or more hydrocarbon is increased and the selectivity of Co_2 and the selectivity of CH_4, C_2-C_4 hydrocarbon can be decreased.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cobalt-based catalyst on the basis of a metal structure for a Fischer-Tropsch reaction for manufacturing selective synthetic oil, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method for manufacturing selective synthetic oil using the cobalt-based catalyst on the basis of the metal structure. The purpose of the present invention is to provide: the cobalt-based catalyst on the basis of the metal structure, capable of thinly and uniformly coating a catalytic sol pulverized after mixing zeolite, cobalt and a support on the surface of the metal structure so as to prevent heating during the Fischer-Tropsch reaction, and, at the same time, to allow selective production of the synthetic oil having carbon chains shorter than a wax region using a spray coating method; the manufacturing method thereof; and the method for manufacturing selective synthetic oil. The present invention is characterized by inventing a method for manufacturing the cobalt-based catalyst on the basis of the metal structure for a Fischer-Tropsch reaction for manufacturing selective synthetic oil, the catalyst thereof, and the synthetic oil manufactured the same, wherein the method comprises the steps of: manufacturing cobalt-oxide/metal-oxide support catalyst powder by burning mixed powder obtained through melting and impregnation between cobalt hydrate salt and a metal-oxide support; manufacturing hybrid catalyst powder by mixing the cobalt-oxide/metal-oxide support catalyst powder and zeolite powder; manufacturing a hybrid catalyst sol through pulverization after mixing the hybrid catalyst powder with an organic binder and an inorganic binder; coating the metal structure the surface of which is treated with alumina through the ALD process by spraying the hybrid catalyst sol; and performing a heat treatment on the metal structure on which the hybrid catalyst sol is sprayed.
