본 발명은 컨텐츠 분배 관리 시스템에서의 컨텐츠 복제 방법에 관한 것으로, 네트워크를 통해 클러스터에 연결된 클라이언트에게 상기 클러스터내의 각종 실행 노드에 포함된 복수 개의 저장장치에 저장되어 있는 컨텐츠를 스트림 서비스하는 컨텐츠 분배 관리 방법으로서, 상기 컨텐츠 중에서 복제 대상 컨텐츠의 일부를 복제한 부분 컨텐츠를 상기 스트림 서비스를 위해 상기 저장장치에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 복제 컨텐츠로 인한 저장장치의 낭비도 줄이면서 고성능과 고가용성을 제공하는 이점이 있다.

본 발명은 각 집적회로 칩이 상대 칩으로 신호를 전송하거나 상대 칩으로부터 신호를 수신하기 위하여 입출력 버퍼를 각각 구비하고 있는 적어도 둘 이상의 집적회로 칩이 구비된 하드웨어 환경에 적용되며, 상기 출력 버퍼의 전류를 자동적으로 제어하기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다. 신호 무결성 검사부는 상기 입력 버퍼를 통해 상대 칩으로부터 수신된 신호의 상태를 검사하여 그 결과를 신호 무결성 제어부에 출력한다. 상기 신호 무결성 제어부는 상기 신호 무결성 검사부로부터의 검사 결과를 소정의 프로토콜에 따라 변환하여 상대 칩으로 전송함과 동시에, 상대 칩으로부터의 검사 결과를 받아들여 그 결과에 따라 상기 출력 버퍼의 전류를 제어함으로써 상기 출력 버퍼를 통해 칩 내부의 신호가 상대 칩으로 전송되도록 한다. 상기 신호 무결성 제어부에서 상대 칩으로의 검사 결과 전송과 상기 상대 칩으로부터 상기 신호 무결성 제어부로의 검사 결과 수신은 직렬 인터페이스 수단에 의해 수행된다.

본 발명은 논리 볼륨 관리 시스템에서 무정지 서비스를 제공함에 있어서, 스냅샷 생성 후 수행되는 쓰기 연산시 COW(Copy-on-Write)의 필요성 판단과 스냅샷 삭제 연산 시의 COW 발생여부를 판단하기 위해 필요한 디스크 I/O의 수를 현저히 줄임으로써, 시스템의 성능 향상 및 데이터 엑세스 서비스의 신뢰성을 도모할 수 있는 논리 볼륨 관리 시스템에서의 매핑 테이블 구조를 구비한 논리 볼륨 관리 시스템 및 이를 이용한 효율적인 스냅샷 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 매핑 장치는 각 논리 데이터 블록 또는 익스텐트에 대하여, 원본 볼륨을 위한 매핑 정보와 각 스냅샷을 위한 매핑 정보를 한 쌍으로 연결하여 하나의 매핑 엔트리로 구성하는 구조로 이루어진다.

PURPOSE: A device and a method for automatically controlling an output buffer current of an IC chip, and an IC using the same are provided to guarantee SI(System Integrity) and minimum power consumption of an output buffer without analyzing the signals of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) by automatically controlling the current of the output buffer in the counter chip according to relative load among multiple IC chips. CONSTITUTION: An SI checker(500) outputs a result by checking a state of the signal received from the counter chip through an input buffer(230). An SI controller(400) converts/transmits a check result of the SI checker to the counter chip based on a specified protocol and transmits the signal in the chip to the counter chip through the output buffer(210) by controlling the current of the output buffer according to the check result received from the counter chip. An SI I/O(Input/Output) pad(250,260) performs check result transmission from the SI controller to the counter chip and check result reception from the counter chip to the SI controller.

Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for embedding and extracting a spatial domain blind watermark using a sample expansion. The sample expansion method using a sample expansion coefficient is introduced to basically improve a common disadvantage of the conventional watermarking method based on the patchwork method, for instance, the watermark is not robust against a compression attack such as JPEG. By applying the sample expansion to a sample group, the embedded watermark comes to contain a low frequency component more larger than ever, so that radio frequency component decreases as much. Thus, although the radio frequency component of the watermark is damaged by the image compression such as JPEG, it is possible to relatively reduce the damage of the watermark. Also, an adaptive watermark embedding method can be considered such that the embedded watermark value is proportional to an average value of the pixel. In order to overcome non-robustness that is a common disadvantage of the conventional methods based on the conventional patchwork method or the conventional modified patchwork method, not a single pixel but sample-expanded pixel is chosen, and there is proposed a spatial domain blind watermarking method using a watermark value that is proportional to an average value of pixel every tile.

PURPOSE: A method for operating/managing a distributed/shared RAID(Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks) system based on a SAN(Storage Area Network) is provided to reduce a load of a web server and a diagnosis/management program, and enhance the security reliability by managing/controlling a system through a server based on the web. CONSTITUTION: If a management object is downloaded by using the node information obtained through a heartbeat message, a current state of the server is judged(S402). If the current state of the server is in-service, a download process is terminated. In case that the download of the management object is needed, the state of the server is changed to going-in-service, and the state of all nodes of the in-service is changed to a standby state by broadcasting a standby message to all servers and controllers(S406). Thus, the discordance during the download of the management object is removed by making the standby nodes process only a restricted message.

PURPOSE: A mapping table structure of a logical volume management system and an efficient snapshot method using the same are provided to offer a reliable service while keeping a mapping time regardless of the existence of a snapshot, and improve system performance by reducing a number of the disk I/O(Input/Output) to one. CONSTITUTION: The mapping table structure comprises one entry(550) for each logical data block(560) by connecting the original volume mapping information(510), the first snapshot mapping information(520), the second snapshot mapping information(530), and the third snapshot mapping information(540) to one pair. Each mapping information comprises the pair of a disk ID(570) for discriminating various physical disks joining in the volume and a physical block ID(580) in the disk.

PURPOSE: A data packet receiving apparatus and a method thereof are provided to utilize a network communication and bandwidth of an input/output channel to the maximum by smoothly processing high speed packet stream. CONSTITUTION: An inspection logic circuit and a multiplexer receive packet data word(S801). The multiplexer transfers the packet data word to input/output memory units and the inspection logic circuit analyzes the packet data word(S802). Upon analyzing the packet data word, if the packet data word is a header part, the inspection logic circuit performs a packet header processing process, if the packet data word is a data part, the inspection logic circuit performs a packet data and error correction code calculating process, and if it is an end part, the inspection logic circuit compares the calculated error correction code and an error correction code of the end of the packet(S803). It is determined whether an error has been discovered by the inspection logic circuit, and if an error has been discovered, the packet is discarded(S804). If no error has been discovered, an upper processing layer processes packet data words outputted from the input/output memory units(S805). The upper processing layer determines whether an error is discovered(S806). If an error is discovered, the packet is discarded(S807).

PURPOSE: A method for deleting and recovering a file preparing for a system failure on a DBMS(DataBase Management System) is provided to destroy the file safely and record a process preparing for the system failure generated during a file deleting process, and to recover a uncompleted file return error on the file return formed by repeated non-atomic operations during the system failure. CONSTITUTION: If the file to be deleted is found in a pending action list, the atomic recording of each allocation unit for the non-atomic file deletion is performed(S802). An address of the last log record at the time is stored in a main memory by setting up the NTA after receiving the allocation of the file to be deleted from the list(S802). The atomic recording steps(S811-814) of the allocation unit are repeated until no more return allocation unit is found in the deleted file. If all allocation units are returned, a file deletion log including a file discriminator is recorded to the log, and the corresponding discriminator is returned to the system(S815).

PURPOSE: An XML document search system and a method for the same are provided to enable a user to search for an XML document in a database, storing plural XML documents, by using an integrated query which tightly couples an XML query with a database query. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a search management module(110), a syntax analysis module(120), a query process module(130), a result process module(140) and a database engine(200). The search management module(110) performs a function of an interface with the database engine(200), and controls the syntax analysis module(120), the query process module(130), and the result process module(140). The syntax analysis module(120) analyzes the syntax on the XML query input via the search management module(110), checks whether the input XML query follows a preset query context rule, and generates a syntax tree for the input XML query in a case that the input XML query does not follow the preset query context rule. At this time the syntax analysis module(120) receives the integrated query which tightly couples the XML query with a database query, and checks an effectiveness of the input XML query. The query process module(130) processes the XML query by using the generated syntax tree. The result process module(140) converts the query process result of the query process module(130) into the type appropriate for the database engine(200), and transmits the converted result to the search management module(110).
