Abstract: According to the present invention, a method for managing a dangerous article transport vehicle and an apparatus for managing a dangerous article transport vehicle by the method can reflect the degree of risk of a dangerous article to provide a dangerous article transport vehicle with an optimal path from a starting point to a destination, thereby reducing first the degree of risk of an accident such as a collision, rear-end collision and rollover of the vehicle and secondly preventing the pollution of natural ecosystems and drinking water sources caused by the leakage of the dangerous article; can cooperate with local public agencies and companies with respect to a dangerous article accident to handle the dangerous article accident and restore to the original state, quickly and safely, thereby saving the costs of the dangerous article accident and securing a safe transportation system; can provide the dangerous article transport vehicle with an optimal path suited for a type of dangerous article and the characteristics of the transport vehicle from a starting point to a destination so as to utilize a portable electronic device such as a tablet PC and a smartphone for the dangerous article transport management; can monitor a state of the transport vehicle under service and a dangerous article loaded on the transport vehicle in real time to actively deal with the abnormality of the transport vehicle and the dangerous article, thereby fully preparing for an accident that may occur; can identify, if an accident occurs, a type of accident through the accident information and path information from the starting point to the point of the accident; can promptly determine planned countermeasures for accidents and provides a driver and local public agencies and companies related to the dangerous article with the countermeasures, thereby suppressing the risk and restoring facilities, roads, etc. as soon as possible. Abstract: 본 발명은 화차의 상판에 콘테이너 등 화물 수송용기를 적재할 때 수송용기가 화차 상판의 지정된 위치에 놓였을 때 자동으로 체결되어 고정되도록 함으로써, 콘테이너 및 화물 수송용기의 적재작업을 간편하게 할 수 있는 스크류 타입의 화차 수송용기 자동고정장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 스크류 타입의 화차 수송용기 자동고정장치는, 상부에 타원형으로 된 고깔 모양의 로킹부가 돌출되고, 로킹부에는 소켓삽입부와 스프링삽입부가 단턱져서 형성된 샤프트가 일체로 형성되며, 소켓삽입부에는 나선형으로 반구형 홈이 서로 대향되게 한 쌍이 형성되며, 스프링삽입부의 하부에는 핸들이 결합되어 있는 샤프트; 스프링삽입부에 끼워지는 스프링; 상부가 개구된 원통 형상이며, 하면 중앙에 스프링삽입부가 관통하는 구멍이 형성되고, 원통의 내측면에는 보조벽이 부착되고, 보조벽에는 반구형 홈이 형성되어 구성되는 소켓; 샤프트의 소켓삽입부와 소켓의 보조벽에 형성된 홈에 삽입되어 샤프트의 승·하강과 회전을 유도하는 볼; 소켓의 외측으로 돌출 부착되어, 핸들을 수평방향으로 회전시켰을 때 서로 결합되는 고정편으로 구성된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An automatic container-fixing device for a freight car is provided to automatically fix a container when the container is placed on the designated location of the upper plate of the freight car. CONSTITUTION: An automatic container-fixing device for a freight car comprises a shaft(20), a torsion spring(27), a plate(30), and an extrusion piece. A locking part(21) of a cone shape is projected on the top of the shaft. The shaft is integrated with the locking part. A stopper(25) is formed in the spring insertion part. The torsion spring is inserted into the spring insertion part of the shaft. A hole(32) though which the lower part of shaft passes is formed at the center of the plate. A pin(35) inserted into the slot of the shaft is attached beside the hole. Two bars(31) inserted into the grove formed on the upper plate of the freight car is attached to the edge. A spring(33) is inserted into the end of the bar.
