Abstract: The present invention relates to an exhaust heat recovery structure for a vehicle in which a working fluid that circulates in a power train which is configured by coupling an engine with a transmission is heated through an inner portion of a heat exchanger. The present invention includes the heat exchanger in which exhaust gas flows; a first line that has one side connected to the power train and the other side connected to the heat exchanger; a second line that has one side connected to the power train and the other side connected to the heat exchanger and is arranged to be separated from the first line; a third line that has one side connected to the first line and the other side connected to the second line; and a valve that is laid in the first line between the heat exchanger and the third line. The working fluid is discharged to the first line from the power train and returns to the power train through the second line, and the flow path of the working fluid is determined to pass through one of the heat exchanger and the third line according to the opening and closing of the valve. According to the present invention having the configuration described above, the valve that determines whether heat exchange is performed or not between the exhaust gas and coolant can be reduced in size so that the cost and the weight can be reduced. Also, heat transfer can be suppressed from the beginning when the heat exchange is blocked so that the generation of a load on cooling by the coolant can be suppressed. Abstract: PURPOSE: An exhaust heat collecting device of a vehicle is provided to prevent the performance lowering of vehicle components using cooling water by the prevention of heat exchange of the cooling water when the heat exchange of the cooling water is not necessary. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust heat collecting device of a vehicle comprises a bypass pipe(21), a heat exchange pipe(25), a cooling tube(29), a valve(31), and a valve actuator(32). The bypass pipe is connected to an exhaust pipe. The heat exchange pipe has a bypass passage(22) between the bypass pipes. The heat exchange pipe has an inlet(23) and multiple through-holes(24). The inlet is connected to the exhaust pipe. The through-holes are formed on the outer surface of the inlet for connection of the bypass passage. The cooling tube comprises a coolant passage(26) and an oil passage(27). The cooling tube is fixed inside the heat exchange pipe for the formation of a heat exchange passage between the heat exchange pipes. The valve opens and closes the heat exchange pipe. The valve actuator is fixed to the bypass pipe. The valve actuator responds to the temperature of the cooling water flowing in the coolant passage and operates the valve.
