Abstract: PURPOSE: A rubber sheet adhesive pad for a vehicle floor is provided to reduce a weight of a vehicle and to shield vibration and noise by bonding a rubber sheet to an asphalt sheet. CONSTITUTION: A rubber sheet adhesive pad(60) is formed by bonding an asphalt sheet(30) having a thickness of 2mm to an upper surface of a floor panel(20). A rubber sheet(40) having a thickness of 2mm is thermally bonded to an upper surface of the asphalt sheet(30). A plurality of staples(50) is fixed to an upper surface of the rubber sheet(40). The asphalt sheet(30) is made of high-polymer elastic material so that it absorbs energy. The rubber sheet(40) has a shock absorbing layer, which absorbs energy due to a shearing deformation thereof. At this time, vibration energy is converted into a thermal energy, thereby damping the vibration.
