Abstract: A branched command/address bus architecture between a memory register and a plurality of memory units includes a main bus connected to the memory register. A first sub-bus is connected to the main bus and branches into a first number of memory unit buses, wherein each of them is connected to a command/address input of a memory unit associated with the same. A second sub-bus is also connected to the main bus and branches into a second number of memory unit buses, wherein each of them is connected to a command/address input of a memory unit associated with the same, wherein the second number is smaller than the first number. Further, the second sub-bus branches into a number of auxiliary buses, wherein the number of auxiliary buses corresponds to the difference between the first number and the second number, wherein each auxiliary bus is capacitively loaded corresponding to the memory unit buses and does not serve for driving a memory unit.

Abstract: A connector (100) has a connector body (102), at least one contact (104, 106) and at least one bimetal stripe (108, 110). One end (104a, 104b) of the contact is fixed to the connector body and another end of each contact extends from a surface (102a) of the connector body forming a springy contact (104b, 106b). One end (108a, 110a) of the bimetal stripe is fixed in the connector body and another end (108b, 110b) of the bimetal stripe extends from the surface of the connector body. The bimetal stripe is arranged for moving the contact in a first or second position depending on the temperature of the bimetal stripe.

Abstract: The arrangement has a level converter (1) with two signal paths including a series connection of sets of n-channel and p-channel field effect transistors (N1, N2, P1, P2). The converter has two signal inputs for supply of counter clock signals, and the former n-channel transistors are controlled by the signals. The converter has another set of n-channel field effect transistors that are switched between a supply potential terminal and outputs of the signal paths, respectively, and are controlled with the signals. A mixer arrangement (2) has two inputs coupled with two outputs of the converter. An independent claim is also included for a method for conversion of logic signal levels.

Abstract: A circuit part comprises a support (10, 12) and conductor teeth (14) provided on the support, wherein the conductor teeth (14) are designed to be electrically and mechanically connected to respective conductor teeth (14) provided on another support in the manner of a zipper. The teeth are provided with a spring mechanism to improve the electrical contact between adjacent teeth when connected. The spring mechanism comprises a respective gap formed in the teeth, wherein when connected, the teeth are compressed by reducing the gap so that a restoring force is produced.
