Abstract: La invención se relaciona con un sistema (1) de molde para fabricar un recipiente basado en cartón, que comprende una mitad (10) de molde móvil y una mitad (20) de molde fija, las cuales se localizan opuestas entre sí, el sistema (1) de molde permite la fabricación de un recipiente (500) que comprende un fondo (57) presionado a partir de una preforma de cartón y paredes (59) conectado al fondo, y una orilla (50) que está por lo menos vaciada por lo menos parcialmente de plástico y conectada al borde superior de las paredes, circundando a las paredes, por lo que la mitad (10) de molde que se puede mover con respecto a la mitad (20) de molde fija incluye por lo menos una placa (4) de núcleo que se proporciona con un núcleo (41), un anillo (5) de sello similar a placa, el cual se puede mover con respecto al núcleo (41) y que comprende una superficie (5a) de sello y que rodea el núcleo (41) y un anillo (6) de collar el cual se puede adaptar entre el núcleo (41) y el anillo (5) de sello y mediante el cual la orilla (50) se puede elaborar sobre el recipiente y la cual se puede mover con respecto tanto al anillo (5) de sello como del núcleo (41), y la mitad (40) de molde fija incluye por lo menos una placa (7) de molde que se proporciona con una cavidad (71) de molde y una superficie (7a) de sello. En el sistema (1) de molde de acuerdo con la invención, un inserto (720) puede estar sostenido y unido separablemente a la base (17b) de la cavidad (71) de molde reduciendo la profundidad H de la cavidad de molde por su altura h, de manera que la superficie (71b) continua del inserto (720) funciona como un fondo (71b) nuevo de la cavidad de molde y en donde la longitud H de la parte del núcleo (41) que penetra dentro de la cavidad del molde asentado la etapa de prensado de la preforma de cartón se puede acortar, respectivamente, por la altura h del inserto, ya sea al sustituir el núcleo (41) en la placa de núcleo con una más corta o bien al fundir separablemente a la parte (41g) básica del núcleo (41), cuya longitud no cambia, una parte (41f) de unión, cuya longitud se puede cambiar, por lo que el núcleo de las uniones del núcleo y los insertos (720) de la base y la cavidad del molde, las cuales corresponden entre sí, se pueden utilizar para cambiar la profundidad de la preforma de cartón que es fabricada, es decir, la distancia del fondo (57) del recipiente, la cual es presionada desde la preforma de cartón, desde los bordes superiores de las paredes (59) del recipiente.

Abstract: The invention relates to a ready-made food package, to a method for manufacturing it and to the use of polymer-coated board in the ready-made food package. The package is manufactured by placing the food ( 16 ) in a raw state in the tray ( 2 ) where the food is baked, and by closing the tray with a lid ( 4 ) after baking. In accordance with the invention, the lid ( 4 ) is formed from a blank cut from polymer-coated board, the blank being placed over the mouth of the tray ( 2 ), and then the edges ( 9 ) of the blank are bent under the rim flange ( 6 ) of the tray and heat-sealed to the lower surface ( 11 ) of the rim flange by means of the polymer coating ( 14 ) of the board. The lid can be additionally heat-sealed to the upper surface ( 10 ) of the rim flange, so that two sealing lines ( 15 ) will be formed inside each other in the package. Accordingly, the tray ( 2 ) can be formed of polymer-coated board or optionally of polymer or aluminium alone.
