    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make perforation properties good with low energy and to obtain a diameter of perforation in accordance with change in energy level by bonding a porous substrate on a laminated film for a heat-sensitive stencil printing original paper constituted of films of at least two layers. SOLUTION: A laminated film for a heat-sensitive stencil printing original paper is prepd. by a method wherein polyesters with different m.p. of at least 5 deg.C each other wherein an arom. dicarboxylic acid or an aliph. dicarboxylic acid and a diol are main constitutional ingredients are melt-extruded by using separate extruders and they are laminated in a nozzle manifold part or a polymer pipe entering to a nozzle and the polymers are extruded on a cast drum and the undrawn laminated film is drawn by means of a biaxial stretching method. A porous substrate is bonded on the laminated film for the heat- sensitive stencil printing original paper. It is possible to obtain good perforation properties by low energy and in accordance with change in energy level.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the excellent gradability with excellent perforability even by low energy by forming of substantially amorphous polyester and crystalline polyester and setting the thickness to a specific range. SOLUTION: A substantially amorphous polyester does not almost exhibit a melting point even by a DCS method. The crystal melting energy measured by the DCS method is 12J/g or more preferably 3J/g or less. The crystalline polyester exhibits a melting point by the DCS method, and the crystal melting energy measured by the DCS method is 12J/g or more or more preferably 35J/g. These polyesters contain an aromatic dicarboxylic acid or an aliphatic dicalrboxylic acid and a diol as main components. These amorphous and crystalline polyesters are formed to a copolymer, a blend or a mixture thereof. The thickness of the polyester film is formed to be 0.2 to 5μm.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance moist heat life properties, winding-up properties, slip properties and blocking preventing properties, to improve lamination properties and to enable recovery to improve productivity by forming a film from a polyester resin containing no polyether component and setting the concn. of carboxylic acid on the surface of the film to a specific value or more. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin film is composed of polyester, polyolefin or polyphenylene sulfide and has a film formed to at least the single surface thereof. The film is composed of a polyester resin substantially containing no polyether component and the concn. of carboxylic acid on the surface of the film is 0.01 or more. The ether component of the film is pref. 50mol% or less and the thickness thereof is pref. 0.01-2mum. Higher fatty acid or ester thereof is pref. added to the film.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make perforating properties good even when energy used is low and to improve gradation properties and printing durability by bringing the sum of the refractive index in the longitudinal direction and the refractive index in the width direction of a biaxially drawn polyester film with a thickness in a specified range to at least specified value and making the m.p. of the film at most a specified value. SOLUTION: As a film for a heat-sensitive stencil printing raw paper, a biaxially drawn polyester film with a thickness of 0.2-5μm is used. In addition, the sum of the refractive index in the longitudinal direction and the refractive index in the width direction is made at least 3.2. By drawing and orientating the film into this range, perforation characteristics at low energy becomes good and a printed article with excellent gradation properties is obtd. In addition, it is necessary that the m.p. of the polyester is at most 240 deg.C and if the m.p. exceeds this, amt. of the energy required for perforation becomes large and perforation characteristics at low energy becomes worse. In addition, by making a hole with a perforation diameter in accordance with the change in energy level, a raw paper for a heat-sensitive stencil printing with excellent gradation properties, and printing durability can be obtd.
