Abstract: Disclosed is an instrument coupler structure of a surgical robot arm. The instrument coupler structure comprises: a surgical robot arm; an interface which is formed at the end of the robot arm and mediates power transmittal to an instrument mounted on the robot arm; an operating wheel equipped on the interface; and a piezo motor installed in order to be adjacent to the operating wheel. The operating wheel is rotated by means of the operation of the piezo motor. The operating wheel installed on the surgical robot arm is operated by means of the piezo motor so that a steel wire can be omitted and the size and weight of the robot arm can be reduced. Accordingly, the robot arm and instrument can be rapidly and precisely controlled.

Abstract: Disclosed is a master gripper structure of a surgical robot. The gripper structure is disposed at a master part of the surgical robot in which a surgical instrument is installed; and receives a grip manipulation from a user for the instrument to implement a grip operation. The structure comprises: a main body; a shaft combined with the main body; a pair of grip elements combined with the shaft and switching according to the grip manipulation of the user; and a first sensing part embedded at the shaft and sensing the grip for the grip element by the user. The structure applies a slip ring to a part electrically connected with a grip sensor, thereby enabling an infinite rotation of a finger grip part as the electrical connection is not entangled or cut even when the grip part rotates.
