Abstract: 본 발명은 전동식 조향장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 발명은 구동모터부; 차량의 좌측 및 우측의 하중을 각각 감지하기 위한 좌우하중센서; 및 차속 별로 상기 구동모터부를 제어하는 모터전류를 산출하기 위한 기본전류맵을 구비하고, 차량의 CAN통신을 통해 입력되는 차속 및 조향토크와 상기 기본전류맵을 이용하여 조향휠의 좌측 조향방향에 대응한 좌측방향 모터전류를 산출하고, 상기 산출된 좌측방향 모터전류를 상기 좌우하중센서로부터 입력된 좌측 및 우측 하중에 대한 차이값에 비례하고 상기 조향토크에 반비례하도록 조절하여 우측방향 모터전류를 산출하는 차속별 가변제어모듈과, 상기 좌측방향 모터전류와 상기 우측방향 모터전류에 의해 생성된 구동전류를 이용하여 상기 구동모터부를 구동하는 구동모듈을 구비하는 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 본 발명은 좌우하중센서, 조수석승객유무하중센서, 차량구조상의 좌우 하중차이값을 이용한 제어모듈에 의해 좌우 하중의 차이에 의해 발생하는 조향감의 훼손을 최소화함으로써 차량의 운전성을 향상할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An operation controlling method for a compressor integrated with motor driven power steering (MDPS) is provided to shorten a delay time for changing an operation mode by controlling the deceleration of a motor and the on/off of a clutch at the same time. Abstract: PURPOSE: An integrated electric power steering device is provided to use a MDPS motor without a tilt motor and a telemotor through switching the power of a MDPS motor assisting steering power to the power for tilting and telescopic. CONSTITUTION: An integrated electric power steering device comprises a MDPS motor(2), a multifunction implementer, and a MDPS ECU(70). The MDPS motor generates rotation power. The multifunction implementer is transferred the rotation power of the MDPS motor. The multifunction implementer switches the rotation power to the tele route for telescopic transferring of a tilt route and a column tube. The multifunction implementer lifts up and down the tilt of a column tube and a steering route for assisting the steering power of the MDPS motor. The MDPS ECU comprises control logic for switching the power transferring route of a MDPS motor to the steering route and the tilt route. The MDPS ECU communicates with the torque sensor and angle sensor of the MDPS motor.

Abstract: An apparatus for controlling a power steering for a vehicle is provided to maintain stability of handle manipulation by uniformly distributing hydraulic pressure to two fluid paths. Abstract: PURPOSE: A RPM(Rotation Per Minute) controlled steering system is provided to use a reserve interval between a swiveling trace of a steering wheel and a relative part of a chassis for reducing a minimum swiveling radius and to secure the appropriate reserve interval when a chain is installed in the wheel by variably controlling the RPM of a steering shaft. CONSTITUTION: An interlocking device is moved rectilinearly by receiving operating force from a steering shaft(10). A control device control a minimum rotating radius of a steering wheel selectively by selectively differing a stroke distance at a normal steering and a winter steering. The interlocking device comprises a rack bar(12), a guide member(14) and a housing(18). The rack bar reciprocates rectilinearly by gearing with the steering shaft. The guide member supports the rack bar to be movable. The housing forms a closed space by combining with a steering column(16) to accept the steering shaft and the guide member therein. The control device comprises a connecting rod(22), a rotating rod(24) and a moving bar(20). The connecting rod penetrates the center of the rack bar. The rotating rod forms an accepting groove(24a) to be combined with a protrusion portion(12b) of the rack bar in the tip of the connecting rod. The moving bar contains a handle(26) in the tip of the rotating rod. Thereby, the minimum rotating radius of the steering wheel is reduced except a chain is installed in the wheel at winter.
