Abstract:
PURPOSE: A transgenic plant which is transformed by a freezing injury and drought tolerant gene is provided to improve freezing injury and drought tolerance, and to remarkably improve productivity of Solanaceae. CONSTITUTION: A method for improving freezing injury and drought tolerance in a plant comprises a step of overexpressing a polypeptide with an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. The polypeptide is overexpressed by transforming a recombinant expression vector containing a promoter and a gene encoding the polypeptide in a plant or by introducing the gene into a plant cell. The gene encoding the polypeptide has a base sequence of sequence number 1. The plant includes potato, tomato, Capsicum annuum, bean, eggplant, or tobacco. A method for producing a plant with freezing injury and drought tolerance comprises a step of transforming the recombinant expression vector to the plant. A transformant with improved freezing injury and drought tolerance is obtained by transforming with the recombinant expression vector.

본 발명은 식물병 저항성을 증진시키는 방법으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 서열번호 1의 염기서열을 갖는 OsHRL(Oryza sativa HR-like lesion-inducing gene) 유전자를 포함하는 형질전환용 벡터로 식물 세포를 형질전환하여 OsHRL 유전자를 과발현시키는 단계를 포함하는 식물병 저항성을 증진시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 병 저항성 작물개발을 위한 분자육종소재로 이용가능하며 타 작물에도 이용가능할 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 병 저항성 품종육성으로 농약사용절감과 생산성 향상 및 안전한 농산물 공급이 가능하다는 이점이 있다.

PURPOSE: A rice plant-derived OsZIP1 protein and nucleic acid molecule encoding the same are provided to ensure disease resistance and to induce phenotype of deep flower color. CONSTITUTION: An OsZIP1 protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. The OsZIP1 protein relates to plant disease resistance, growth suppression or flower color enhancement. A nucleic acid molecule encoding the OsZIP1 protein has a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 1. A method for producing a transgenic plant having the plant disease resistance, growth suppression or flower color enhancement comprises: a step of transforming a plant cells or tissue with a recombinant vector having OsZIP1 gene; a step of selecting transformed plant cells or tissue; and a step of redifferentiating the plant from the plant cells or tissue.

PURPOSE: A vitrification solution and loading solution are provided to enhance high usage and to improve viability and regeneration rate. CONSTITUTION: A vitrification solution contains 42.5 of glycerol, 15 of dimethylsulfoxide, 15 of ethylene glycol, and 17.5 of sucrose; 37.5 of glycerol, 15 of dimethylsulfoxide, 15 of ethylene glycol, and 22.5 of sucrose; 32.5 of glycerol, 15 of dimethylsulfoxide, 15 of ethylene glycol, and 27.5 of sucrose; and 35.0 of glycerol, 15 of dimethylsolfoxide, 15 of ethylene glycol, and 20.0 of sucrose (%, w/v). A loading solution contains 9.2 of 1.0 M glycerol, 23.9 of 0.70M of sucrose, 18.4 of 2.0 M glycerol and 22.25 of 0.65M sucrose; and 15.0 of 1.63M glycerol, 15.0 of 0.44M sucrose, 17.5 of 1.9M glycerol, and 17.5 of 0.51M of sucrose.

CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing plant disease resistance comprises a step of transforming plant cells with a vector containing OsHRL(Oryza sativa HR-like lesion-inducing gene) gene of sequence number 1 and a step of overexpressing OsHRL gene.
