Abstract:
본 발명은 영상의 전경 배경 분리 기술에 관한 것으로, 영상 처리 시스템 내의 전경 배경 분리 장치에서 배경 모델 생성에 따른 성능 지연을 방지하기 위해 초기 구동 시 생성된 배경 모델을 다음 구동 시 참조하거나, 대체하여 사용할 수 있도록 저장하여 관리하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 영상 처리 시스템을 다수에 걸쳐 구동할 시에, 두 번째 구동부터는 첫번째 구동에서 생성된 배경 모델을 활용함으로써 초기 배경 모델 학습 과정을 거치지 않고 즉각적인 전경 및 배경 분리 작업을 수행할 수 있다. 따라서, 시스템 초기 구동 시간을 단축하고 및 기존의 초기 배경 모델 학습에 따른 동일한 배경 영상을 유지해야만 하는 불편함을 없앨 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A customized learning system and method thereof are provided to maximize the learning effect of learners by supplying learning content to a learner according to a learning type. CONSTITUTION: A learning interface unit(100) supports a learning interface environment for offering the customized learning. A learning knowledge database(300) stores learning content information, learning information, and system information. A learning service provider(200) connects the learning interface unit and the learning knowledge database. The learning service provider provides a customized learning content to the learner.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device and a method for extracting an object based on multi image analysis are provided to designate and extract each object extraction result as a foreground object or a background object, thereby eliminating problems related to drastically reduced modeling speed due to a large change value and a screen made of visible rays or when a dynamic screen of a monitor does not appear. CONSTITUTION: An object extracting device based on multi image analysis includes a partition and determination unit(103a), an extraction unit(103b) based on an infrared ray image, and an extraction unit(103c) based on a multi image. The partition and determination unit determines a dynamic background through each block partitioned into color images. The extraction unit based on an infrared ray image extracts an object pixel through a background differential value between threshold values of an infrared ray image and infrared ray background model information in case of a dynamic background. The extraction unit extracts an object pixel, based on a multi image, through an infrared ray image based result and a color image based result in case when a dynamic background does not appear.

PURPOSE: A non-volatile programmable switch device using a phase-change memory device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the power consumption of the switch device using heating due to the resistance of a phase-change material in order to perform a memory operation. CONSTITUTION: A first metal electrode layer(12) is formed on a substrate(10). A plurality of lead-in regions is electrically connected to the terminal of the first metal electrode layer on the substrate. A phase-change material layer(14) includes a channel region which is arranged between the lead-in regions and which is a self-heating type channel structure. An insulation layer is formed on the first metal electrode layer and the phase-change material layer. A via-hole is formed on the upper side of the first metal electrode layer. A second metal electrode layer(20) buries the via-hole.

A marker recognition apparatus and a method using marker pattern recognition and attitude estimation are provided to recognize a marker pattern using the edge information and color information of a detected marker and perform the attitude estimation of the pattern-recognized marker using an attitude converting matrix, thereby recognizing the marker more accurately. A marker recognition method using marker pattern recognition and attitude estimation comprises the following steps of: receiving images of teaching materials photographed by a camera and detecting markers printed on the teaching materials(S21,S22); recognizing the patterns of the detected markers(S23); and estimating the attitude of a teaching material page including the marker of which the pattern is recognized(S24).

A system and a method for searching illegal contents automatically in the Internet by using a connection/search application are provided to search illegal contents automatically in a charged P2P(Peer-to-Peer)/webhard by editing an illegal contents searching/downloading script file based on configuration information of the connection/search application in a website, and controlling the application with the script file to search/download the illegal contents automatically. A keyword input part(13) receives a keyword related to the contents from a searcher and manages the keyword with a keyword group. A script file editor(14) edits the illegal contents searching/downloading script file by using a Windows class ID, which controls the connection/search application(11), extracted from the configuration information of the application. A script file automating part(15) controls the application to search/download the illegal contents related to the keyword group automatically according to the script file. An illegal contents information storing part(16) stores illegal contents information searched/downloaded by the application. An information manager(12) manages the configuration/connection information of the application.
Abstract:
A method for watermarking an audio signal is provided to embed a watermark in a digital audio signal by using hybrid transform to maximize embedding strength while minimizing deterioration of quality of the audio signal after the audio signal is watermarked. A method for watermarking a digital audio signal includes a step of grouping 1024 samples of original audio signals into one frame and performing DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform) on the signals, a step of dividing the audio signals into a low-frequency coefficient and a high-frequency coefficient by using DCT coefficients, a step of embedding a watermark in the low-frequency coefficient by using a watermark embedder and performing IDCT(Inverse Discrete Cosine Transform) on the low-frequency coefficient to generate a tonal signal, a step of embedding a watermark in the high-frequency coefficient to generate a nontonal signal, and a step of summing up the tonal signal and the nontonal signal to generate a watermarked signal.
