PURPOSE: A device for measuring the inner pressure and the vacuum degree of a flexible sealant sealed a shrinkable-porous material and a method using the same for measuring the inner pressure and the vacuum degree are provided to measure changes in the vacuum degree based on the initial pressure and the initial vacuum degree of the insides of two different containers, thereby accurately measuring the inner volume, the inner pressure, the inner cubature, and inner vacuum degree of the sealant based on the measured value. CONSTITUTION: A device(1) for measuring the inner pressure and the vacuum degree of a flexible sealant sealed a shrinkable-porous material comprises a container(20), a pressure regulating device(40), a pressure sensor(30), a sealant sample, and a cutting unit. The container includes an internal space. The pressure regulating device regulates the inner pressure of the container. The pressure sensor measures the inner pressure of the container. The sealant sample is arranged inside the container and includes a packing material of a flex material which maintains the shrinkable-porous material being shrank. The cutting member cuts the sealant sample inside the container. The inner pressure of the sealant sample is measured based on changes in the inner pressure of the sealant sample after the sealant sample is cut by the cutting member.

PURPOSE: A plasma monitoring device, a plasma monitoring method, and a plasma device are provided to measure a cutoff frequency or electron density by measuring the phase of an electromagnetic wave passing through plasma. CONSTITUTION: A transmission antenna(120) is inserted into plasma in order to radiate an electromagnetic wave. A reception antenna(140) is inserted into plasma. The receiving antenna supplies a reception electric signal by receiving the electromagnetic wave. A variable frequency oscillator(20) is electrically connected to the transmission antenna and supplies a transmission electric signal to generate the electromagnetic wave. A phase difference extracting unit(30) is connected to the reception antenna. The phase difference extracting unit extracts the phase difference spectrum of the transmission electric signal and the reception electric signal.
