Abstract: PURPOSE: A guide apparatus for welding positions is provided to prevent the welding position of an outer panel from corrugating by inclining a copperplate depending on the shape of the outer panel and to enhance the quality of welding by mounting an additional apparatus for guiding welding positions. CONSTITUTION: A copperplate(40) is separated slightly above a plate(20) by a damper(30). The copperplate is closely adhered to the plate as the damper descends by putting inner/outer panels on the copperplate as welded materials. The panels are welded by moving welding guns(7,6) on the inner panel and down the outer panel respectively. Therefore, the welding position is kept regular all the times by closely adhering the lower welding gun(6) to a guide panel(10). Besides, the outer panel is not damaged by contacting the copperplate to the outer plate all the times with the damper having elastic force.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A metal panel grasping device is provided to dispense with a shutdown of operations by allowing the grasping device to be flexibly adapted according to the types of vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A metal panel grasping device comprises a shaft(100), a housing(110), a contacting portion(120), a metal-panel adsorbing zero electron portion(130) for adsorbing a metal panel(300), first, second and third zero electron portion(140,150,160). The shaft(100) is linearly moved in its longitudinal direction by external force. The housing(110) guides axial movement of the shaft. The contacting portion(120) is mounted on an end of the shaft, and moved in the direction corresponding to a surface shape of the metal panel. The metal-panel adsorbing zero electron portion(130) is mounted adjacent the contacting portion, and adsorbs the metal panel which comes in contact with the contacting portion.
