본 발명은 대차의 이송 시, 실린더 구동에 의해 작동하는 이송유닛을 통해 대차를 셔틀유닛 상에서 이동시킴으로써, 초기 설비 투자비를 절감하고, 보다 안정적이며 고속으로 대차를 이송하도록 차체 프레임이 안착되는 대차를 해당라인으로 이송 및 투입하기 위한 트래버스 장치에 있어서, 작업장의 바닥에서 상기 대차의 이송경로 상에 횡방향으로 설치되는 베이스 프레임과, 상기 베이스 프레임의 상부 양측에 길이방향을 따라 회전 가능하게 구비되는 다수개의 롤러와, 상기 각 롤러들의 상부가 돌출되게 감싼 상태로, 상기 베이스 프레임의 상부 양측에 장착되는 커버 플레이트로 구성되는 셔틀유닛; 및 상기 셔틀유닛의 상부에 설치되고, 실린더 작동을 통해 상기 베이스 프레임의 길이방향을 따라 왕복 이동하면서 상기 대차를 이송시키는 이송유닛을 포함하는 트래버스 장치를 제공한다. 트래버스, 대차, 셔틀유닛, 이송유닛, 이송 실린더
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electrical clamping apparatus for fixing the position of a vehicle component and, to a clamping apparatus for fixing the position of a component in a movable production line comprising: a drive motor; a warm shaft which rotates by the drive motor; a warm wheel which rotates while being engaged with the warm shaft; a rotating shaft which rotates while being engaged with the warm wheel; a pressure member for fixing the position of a component which is under production in a production line since the pressure member is moved by being combined to the end of the rotating shaft and interlocked with the rotating shaft; and a control part for rotating the drive motor until the pressure member reaches a fixing position where the pressure member fixes the position of the component in the production line from an opening location where a moving path of the component is opened by pressurizing the component. The position of a vehicle component such as a vehicle chassis, etc. which moves along a production line by using the drive motor is fixed at a position of processes such as welding, etc., wherein the drive motor occupies small space, and has a rapid response speed in comparison with a pneumatic clamping apparatus. Therefore, an electrical clamping apparatus for fixing a position is capable of preventing safety accident while efficiently, correctly, and rapidly implementing a production process of a vehicle. PURPOSE: A trolley up/down apparatus is provided to prevent overload of the trolley up/down apparatus by including leveling device for balance of the trolley. CONSTITUTION: A trolley up/down apparatus comprises a base unit, a lift unit, and a driving unit. The base unit(300) includes a first rack gear(320). The lift unit(400) has a settling portion(410) which is to settle the trolley for going up and down. The lift unit includes a second rack gear(420) combined with the settling portion. The driving unit(500) makes the lift unit up and down by the operation of the first rack gear and the second rack gear.

PURPOSE: A traverse device is provided to move a vehicle on a shuttle unit through transferring unit operated by driving cylinder, thereby reducing the initial equipment investing cost and transferring the vehicle more safely and at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A traverse device includes a base frame(110), a roller(111), a shuttle unit(100) and a transfer unit. The base frame is installed in traverse direction on transferring path of a vehicle in floor of a working place. The roller is included in both sides of base frame along the longitudinal direction to be rotatable. The shuttle unit is comprised of a cover plate(113) mounted to both side of the base frame. The transferring unit is installed on upper side of the shuttle unit. The transferring unit transfers the vehicle by moving back and forth according to the longitudinal direction of the base frame through operating cylinder.
