Abstract: A metal and polymer composite end plate for a fuel cell capable of being manufactured by a single process is provided to improve mechanical strength, to reduce deformation and to lower manufacturing costs. A metal and polymer composite end plate is mounted at the both terminal of a fuel cell stack to support the both terminals of the fuel cell stack, is provided with a plurality of inlet and outlet manifold(210) for the flow of hydrogen and air and cooling water, and comprises a plated metal frame(220); and a polymer structure(230) which accommodates the metal frame and is molded integrally.
