    Abstract: The invention relates to a solid formulation of a plant protection agent. Said formulation is obtained by producing a melt containing 1-80 wt. % of an active agent or a combination of active agents which can be used for plant protection; 20-99 wt. % of at least one thermoplastic binder with a melting or glass transition temperature of more than 70~ C, and 0-20 wt. % additives, the sum of all of these constituents equalling 100 wt. %, and then pelleting said melt by reducing it to drops in a first stage and setting the drops by means of cooling in a second stage.
