Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the production of a polymer deposit in a circulating gas line and carry out the continuous vapor-phase polymerization by polymerizing a mixture of ethylene and/or propene with a specific olefin under specific conditions. SOLUTION: A catalyst poison having a higher boiling point than the maximum temperature in a circulating gas line in an amount so as not to cause a great loss in the productivity of the catalyst in a vapor-phase polymerization reactor is metered and fed to the circulating gas line when carrying out the continuous vapor phase polymerization of a mixture of ethylene and/or propene with a C3 -C8 -α-monoolefin in the presence of a catalyst in the vapor phase in a finely dispersed polymeric bed in the vapor-phase polymerization reactor under conditions of 30-125 deg.C and 1-100 bar while removing heat of polymerization by circulating a reactor gas. One or more kinds of compounds having a functional group selected from NR2 , NR, OR, O, =O, OS, S and =S (R is H or a 1-8C alkyl) are preferably used as the catalyst poison.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare solid preparations where a high molecular weight polymeric binder can be employed and the delayed release of an active ingredient is made possible by producing a plastic mixture of a specific polymeric binder, medicament active principle or the like under a specific condition and by molding the mixture so as to have a necessary dosage form. SOLUTION: The objective preparations are prepared by producing a plastic mixture of at least one kind selected from pharmaceutically acceptable polymeric binders having >75 K value (preferably homopolymer or a copolymer from vinylpyrrolidone) and at least one kind selected from medicament active principles, (e.g. ibuprofen or the like) and, optionally, a customary adjuvant under the condition of temperature (preferably
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing solid forms of administration by means of melt extrusion. A polymer binder, at least one pharmaceutical active agent and optionally, other additives are mixed and the mixture is melted in an extruder and then extruded in the form of a continuous plastic product strand. The inventive method is characterised in that the extruder used is a planetary roller extruder (10) which preferably has one central spindle (13) and six planetary spindles (14).

Continuous gas phase polymerization for producing ethylene homopolymers and -copolymers, comprises polymerizing ethylene or monoolefin from but-1-en, pent-1-en, 2-methylpentene, hex-1-en, hept-1-en and oct-1-en in the a polymerization reactor; and endowing a catalyst poison with boiling point higher than a circle gas pipeline, and molecular weight greater than 100 g/mol at a position after the reactor, but before the cooler and compressor. Continuous gas phase polymerization for producing ethylene homopolymers and -copolymers, comprises polymerizing ethylene and/or monoolefin from but-1-en, pent-1-en, 2-methylpentene, hex-1-en, hept-1-en or oct-1-en, in the polymerization zone of a gas phase polymerization reactor at 30-125[deg]C and 1-100 bar in the gaseous phase in a finely divided polymer bed, in the presence of a metallocene catalyst in carrier form polymer, where a reactor gas is lead into the circle gas pipeline for the removal of the polymerization heat; and endowing a catalyst poison with boiling point higher than circle gas pipeline and molecular weight greater than 100 g/mol at a position after the reactor but before the cooler and compressor, for preventing polymer linings, such that the productivity of the catalyst is not essentially affected in the reactor.
